I know I missed the free class but I just ordered the book and I don't even have a creami. I told my mom that when we move to n.c., it's the first thing I am going to purchase for my countertop. Lol I am currently a nicecream connoisseur.

Regarding the pineapple, it's usually the core of the pineapple that contains bromelain that gives your tongue the prickly feeling. I wonder if Kathy used the fresh pineapple core for the ice cream? Perhaps leaving it would help :)
Regarding extracts, I haven't use the Medicine Flower Flavor Extracts but a lot of my raw chef teachers & friends use them. I heard these are raw and not synthetic. So might be something to explore if one wants to use healthier, cleaner extracts.

I usually have mine printed in black and white with just cover page in color on cardstock and bound. Much cheaper than all color
Also, I would love to test for the okara book. I don't know what to do with all my okara stock.
