Traci only reacted how she reacted because she felt like she wasn't seen or heard and that her sisters and mother didn't care about her. She would have never purposely hurt any of her family members, or anyone else for that matter. She was only human.

Trina lost a lot of close ones and everyone is concerned about Tamar. Smh. It's the mother, husband,, and Trina for me. Everyone else just has guilt.

I think Traci was so wounded from the way she believed she'd been treated by her family, that she was hyper sensitive to anything she perceived as "disrespectful". I think her daughter-in-law misread a situation & relayed info to Traci negatively, and it tainted a beautiful family moment. I just hope the family was able to heal & mend fences before her passing.

I Agree. Traci is more comfortable with Talking to Trina, than the other Sisters. Trina is more Understanding of Traci's Feelings. They have became a lot closer. I would've expected more from Toni, because she is the Oldest.
I think it's because she ALSO got pregnant (Traci's son and Trina's oldest are about the same age so they grew up as mothers together) and they let her stay so she gets Traci's resentment (b/c Trina got to sign and she didn't even though the same thing happened to them)...she's literally been treated differently for A LONG TIME and Trina is the only one that understands for real and sympathizes with her.
The rest are so used to it that they don't realize that they treat Traci differently.

Rest In Heaven Queen. Condolences to her loving husband of 30 years, devoted and loving son, brother, grandson and father. All others should be ashamed of themselves for Tracy's lifetime of pain and rejection. Stress manifest illnesses. The sisters (co-workers as she called them 😅) were actually jealous of Traci. She lived out her musical dreams. Tracy had it all!
Ms. Forney the other was laughing at the daddy and not Tracie at Trina wedding. Secondly Tracie still thought left behind which they didn't ; she became pregnant and decided to be a house wife. There was hurt, disrespect , dishonor on both side of the coin. Only thing that matter is that they all made peace with each before she closed her eyes. That is really that was forgiven.

Well Praise God for that. However, you can't erase the episodes that are out here forever. Bishop Jake's had them on his show telling them their behavior is disgusting. On Wendy We illiams show (just to name a few) Tamar (on national television) called Tracie a hood rat. Everything isn't for the world to see. If all we could go by was episodes is one thing. However, Tracy shared her pain and rejection with the world.
Drinking alcohol excessively can manifest illness as well. Please don’t be too hard on her family.

I know shows are edited but it looked like the sisters were laughing at their father and Traci felt so insecure that when her daughter in law said "they are laughing at you" she believed it.

I feel like the rest of the sisters trigger Traci (Tamar n her antics, Toni when she told her to lose weight, Towanda sneaky ways n her boyfriend) Hopefully they can work through things now that Traci's in therapy.
Oh, y’all see everyone as “triggering Traci” BUT when it comes down to Tamar, she’s just a bad guy and is reacting for no reason !? The double standards yall hold when it comes to Traci & the rest of the sisters (Tamar especially) is OUTSTANDING! As it pertains to Traci, it’s fine .. she can be triggered, she’s human and I understand that just as everyone else. However, that’s why we must learn our triggers, work on it and heal.. because otherwise, it can cause us to over-react in certain situations.

Umm Tamar wasn’t even present for the altercation or the words exchanged prior to Traci “separating herself” she genuinely had no clue what was going and went to change her shoes... Then Traci started acting up because she always thinks the world is against her. If we’re calling a spade a spade she’s just super sensitive and I feel like the rest of the sisters seem dismissive because they’re over it. Every family has that person and everyone isn’t built to deal with those emotions and erratic behavior.

I don’t think Tamar was being antagonizing. Traci is flat out lying. You didn’t see them making faces. There was no issue until Olivia said something. Just stop!!! She will forever be mad about then taking that deal and leaving her behind. She’s gonna hold on to that until the day she leaves this world. I think there was definitely some miscommunication especially between Traci and Tamar. I don’t believe Tamar was trying to antagonize Traci in this situation because she wasn’t even aware of what was going on at the time. So for Traci, to say Tamar has “so much balls” seems like she may have misunderstood Tamar’s intentions. I hope all is well with their sisterhood and at the end of the day we know they love each other unconditionally no matter the circumstances.
I agree, and Tamar looked hurt when she walked from back there and put on that smile and told everyone they were ok. I love Traci too but she needs more inner work to become more self aware, and help herself get to what is truly the bottom of what is going on with her

Traci was wrong! Instead of asking she believed something and attacked her sister. Traci expects sympathy all the time. She got pregnant and expected everyone to give up an opportunity for her choice. She always blamed others instead of being happy for the gift of her son. Even when things changed she kept holding on to that negativity but not once did she see it was her choice and only hers. I thought she was the funniest but she never took responsibility for her choices.
I'm tired of Traci picking up chairs threatening to fight family. I don't care what nobody says, she is guilty of seeing drama that ain't even there. Stop condoning her foolishness. I never knew Trina had this relationship with Traci! It makes so much sense because Trina strikes me as the more deeply understanding one. She was also the only one to apologize to Traci about the whole record deal situation. I'm always rooting for Traci and I hope she can heal from all this toxicity and trauma her family has placed on her.

Traci does this often she creates scenarios in her own head and gets mad that the players don’t respond as she wishes they would. For the life of me I don’t understand how people can defend her. I am so tired of people making excuses for Traci. Traci always been my fav but enough is enough. She loves pointing the finger but she rarely holds herself accountable for her actions. So basically after the song situation, Traci went into the corner behind the curtain to sit down. She wanted to be alone to gather her thoughts without causing a scene however; for some reason Tamar is a trigger for Traci so in the midst of her anger and Tamar (in her own way) trying to comfort Traci was taken as antagonism instead. As a result, Traci reached her boiling point, exploded just at the moment when Towanda and co. went to see what was going on which made Traci look like the "bad" one. I learned a long time ago when someone tells you to leave them alone, leave them alone. Sometimes even their facial expression says it but this goes to show how out of touch the sisters are with Traci. Remember Traci did say in her therapy session she doesn't like to be touched when she's angry.
You can tell Trina love the hell out of Traci. The others aren't shit.

It sounds like Tamar was trying to be nurturing with her but Traci didn't want it and lashed out. I agree that Traci should outline boundaries especially during calmer moments, to better discern what her sisters could do when they see her getting heated, however she was totally wrong to lash out at Tamar, whose intentions were clearly to understand what was wrong and to nurture her. I wish she would understand that Tamar's intent was good and not continue to harbor anger with her because of it.

Exactly it’s very clear that Traci hates Tamar and everything she does she will take negatively. If she would just admit that I would respect her more. Even in a heated moment I would never snap at someone trying to comfort me. Trina doesn't "understand" Traci. She knows that Traci started everything. BUT she knows tht Traci has a hard time owning her shit without getting mad and trying to fight her way to being right.
So, Trina does what I would do; just give the violent person compliments and never say that they are wrong, basically stay neutral until the psycho comes for me.
Out of the sisters, I'm a fan of Tracy and Trina. I come from a big family too. At the end of the day, you have a family that is Hollywood and the other side pretending to be Hollywood. Personally, all I can say is, if you were not born into Hollywood be yourself. And with that said, that's all Tracy trying to be.
I just watched the first three seasons and from what I see they are all fighting to be individuals away from THE BRATONS, OR TONI BRAXTON, and they all have alot of immaturity. Tamar was fighting so hard to be her individual self in the beginning her sisters ended up resenting her even now and now Tracie is displaying more severe, but similar behavior and they are all treating her WITH sympathy.

@Tori Adore Traci was speaking to them constantly until she couldn’t anymore & then they sat in her presence. Also, we don’t really know how the end look because Traci didn’t want herself to be in the public eye at them It’s more than the singing it was the continuous disrespect. They did not even go to her funeral.
She was also very close to Mr Braxton even after the divorce from Miss E! She was a daddy’s girl and the mother started treated her different. Trina was the only sister who always respected Traci!
I don't think anyone actually treated Traci different. I think it all stemmed from when Toni got famous, she tried to bring her sisters along, but Traci got pregnant. They all left her and went to pursue their career, therefore neglecting her in a way. Traci held on to that for over 20 years and I believe it caused animosity .

Traci was dead wrong in this situation. Her daughter in law was just as wrong for telling Traci that, and especially during the wedding. Traci was clearly intoxicated, although she claimed she wasn't. She was loud from the moment she almost fell over while holding the dress. For once I can say the rest of the sisters didn't do her wrong in this case lol.
