I think it is so good for Micah to voice his feelings about the miscarriage. Your feelings are valid. And I love reliance over resilience! I have a son who moved from Tennessee to New York City this year. My anxiety was through the roof! I too have learned and grown so much through this and have had to rely on our Father. Reliance over resilience!

Hey Sarah, sometimes nausea in pregnancy can be caused by a deficiency in vitamin B6. They have supplement sprays on Amazon that could help!
Praying for you and your sweet baby. So happy for you!!😭🙌🏼💛

Techs can get in trouble for saying too much as they are not the doctor. They are actually instructed not to say anything to the patient. I have had a miscarriage and a suspicious mammogram and each time a doctor was brought into the room while the tech was not able to address what they saw before the doctor arrived. Makes you very nervous but I appreciate that they want you informed fully. Plus those lovely lawsuits can be filed 😞

Exactly. As they can accidentally say the wrong thing.

I had that conversation with my husband the other day. "How do you get through the hard times if you dont acknowledge that theres something that comes next after this life, that you'll see those you loved and lost again some day."

Same thing happened to me 3 months ago. It was absolutely the worst thing I’ve experienced. You’re right no one prepared me for the miscarriage process. It was way more traumatic than I could have imagined . Thank you for being vulnerable enough to share this. It’s so helpful to know I’m not alone. ❤ btw congratulations on your blessing!!

I'm 40 and just had my first grandchild, it's unbelievable sometimes that my baby has a baby even though they are grown.
Congrats on your rainbow baby 🌈

It makes me feel SO much better to hear of other “older” people having kids.. I’m 28 and am still not ready, don’t know if I ever want them. But this makes me feel like if I changed my mind at 35, it would be okay ❤️ much love for Sarah, Micah & baby 🫶🏼

I felt the same way at your age. Been with my bf for 18yrs. We just had our first bub and I'm 34 about to be 35. You will know when it's the right time for you. 🤍

Congratulations y'all! And as a Mom I can say that it doesn't change. That feeling of wow, this human that is part of me is doing all of these incredible things and it is just always amazing. I think my mom even feels that way about her three kids and things we do.

Congratulations! I’m so sorry for your previous loss, but am thankful for this new life!
I’m a certified Billings Ovulation Method (natural family planning) instructor. Yes, your fertile window is a limited number of days. On average, 5-7 days, but could be shorter. Sperm can live up to 5 days in cervical mucus.
The caveat is that this is relative to each woman because not all women ovulate on day 14, could be day 7, could be day 25, and so on. Tracking your cycle using a verified method (Billings, creighton, Marquette, etc) is something I would highly recommend. Full disclosure, I am Catholic so my faith plays a role, but NFP is a great way to track your cycle for health reasons and give you visibility to your fertility and overall reproductive health.
All that said, congratulations again! Prayers for a healthy pregnancy and baby!

Of course you do what is right for you and check with your doc, but ours recommended taking Unisom (a sleeping pill) because it also helps with morning sickness. I don't know why, but it does both!

I had terrible morning sickness when I was pregnant with my daughter. No matter how much I would vomit, the nausea never seems to go away until I got to my 3rd trimester. Ugh morning sickness no thank you blehh xP
Btw congratulations Sarah and Micah~~~♡ can't wait to meet your sweet boy over social media 💙

So crazy to me that they saw you before 6/8 weeks. I am sorry for your loss but so excited for you both with rainbow baby. Y’all will be cute parents.
Lucky you- I was sick all day with my first for 18 weeks (could only eat bagels and pretzels)

Congratulations! I just had my 1st hes 13 weeks old. You guys are going to love it. BUT dont stress about the stuff. Think of it in very literal terms. U need food if ur breastfeeding or formula/ somewhere for the baby to sleep bassinet or crib/ car seat stroller/ diapers/ clothes. Basic necessities. Everything else is just extra or for convenience depending on your space your finance and desire if you want that extra stuff. 😊

I was pregnant 39 yrs ago, but....I did get sick just in the morning. If I were to get sick, it would be all day long. It was awful, but did go away around month 4

Ultrasound techs can’t diagnose so they have to wait for doctor to tell you.
