Hi I have a specific question for you. Maybe you can help me, I'm getting desperate. My blue hall sensor is broken and now I wanted to replace it but had to break it out because it was glued in too tightly. Now I don't know exactly if there are differences between the 41f Are Or are the sensors with 41 f designation all the same? Maybe I should replace all three at the same time, although the other two are okay? I have a 1000w 48v motor from the Kaabo Mantis e-scooter. I am grateful for any help 🙏
Great video, thank you. I am facing another problem with my motor - it seems the central bolt which is attached to the frame is bended. So is there a way to change it or I need a new motor?
Thanks again for the great service Rev Rides! I bought a Zero 9 scooter from Nathan at Rev Rides just last week and I rode it in the rain the first day I got it - this was not a good idea! I got it so wet I broke the motor. Nathan helped ship me a replacement for free (minus cost of shipping) The new scooter they sent me rides great - would defintley reccomend it at: www.revrides.com/shop/zero-9 Thanks again guys, I would highly reccomend the Zero 9 based on my experiences - it beats the M365 any day
I have a kugoo s1 pro I have to replace the 3 sensor on the motor and I am not sure which one to order please if possible to give me the right sensors for the kugoo s1 pro thank you
@@FalconpevSg It did not look very easy to replace and splice a new wire in. I was hoping the video would should that being done. Either way, I was more interested with how the motor separates from the Rim as I am dealing with a problem on my rear wheel. I got my first flat. Was going change the tire in accordance with the many videos I have seen on the subject. For some reason one screw out of 5 for the rim would not come out and ended up getting stripped in the process. I wanted to see how well the motor separates from the rim if it comes down to needing a new rim.
Thank you for the disassembly instructions. Unfortunately, the hollow axle with the wires through is full of silicone sealant and the wires cannot be easily removed. Can you advise how to proceed?
Hi I’ve got a problem with my scooter : When I try ride my scooter it starts making a weird grinding type noise and the front wheel isn’t spinning properly could you explain what the problem is
████ REAR MOTOR ZERO 10x ████ I was driving and heard a knocking sound coming from the rear engine. But nothing hit, so I drove on. Back home, I noticed that there were only two screws left to keep the magnet in place. The engine was also very hot, so I cooled the engine with some water. By pouring it slowly onto the outer tire, I disassembled the engine and replaced all the screws and tightened them back. The engine runs super smooth, but it has no pull-up power, I can hardly get uphill. And the limiter button also works now 10 km/h more. Also, speed settings make no difference. The front engine is working like always here is no problem at all I even use now my zero on two engines because only the rear is not an option with the power loss. What do you think is the cause of the power loss of the rear engine? ps / two years ago, I had to replace my rear controller. My zero didn't work at all anymore. This time it's clearly a different issue.
theirs got be something that can be done to prevent this from happening. i'll receive mine Zero 9 next week , gonna see what i can do to not let that happen. i'll post if i succeed.
I returned mine, got instead a T10-DDM 2000w motor 52v 24ah same as zero 10x . After I have driven the zero9 I would not get another one. I spent more money buying the T10-Ddm what's a difference.
@FalconpevSg i love you guys. You have been in the forefront of the scooter world. I have seen you guys pop up here and there for years. When i watched the video and when you said zero 9 i half expected you to call it a T9

Hi, have you a video of disassembly of a 10X motor?
This. I also want this video.
Nice to see some threadlock compound on those screws.
Great video, thank you. I am facing another problem with my motor - it seems the central bolt which is attached to the frame is bended. So is there a way to change it or I need a new motor?
There’s no safe way to fix that. You have to change the motor
Great explanation FalconPEV. Thank you!

Where does the white wire go, can I bypass it ?
I have a kugoo s1 pro I have to replace the 3 sensor on the motor and I am not sure which one to order please if possible to give me the right sensors for the kugoo s1 pro thank you
I hope you see this because I'm really stuck. The inner part of the motor with all the wires is touching the magnets. Any fix?
What is diametar of rottor bearings?
Thanks for the video.
I was interested the disassembly directions.
That wire fix looks to be a real nasty job though. Not surprised it wasn't shown.
What do you mean sir?

Thanks for the tutorial, might be helpful. Have you found a way to prevent this from happening? I also own a Zero 9 scooter
Can you share the connector type and name? I would like to use it on my Zero 10X rotors.
Nice video do you have a link on how to rewire this type of motor ??
Great video. My wires tear and I know i dont to change whole motor and pay 150 quid. Thanks a lot 👍👊
Anyone knows what is white wire on motor for?
Are the components of the zero 9 similar in terms of quality to inokim light?
Will this help with a cogging motor from a zero 11x?
Yes it may but the cogging could be caused by controller too
@@FalconpevSg thanks for the reply.. much appreciated
What can first gen owners of Zero 9 do to mitigate this possible initial breakage on the wire?
I opened my engine and the white wire was loose, but I don't know where to put it now.
Please make a video showing how to fix one of those colored wires step by step this is good video but once you got to the rewiring part I was lost
Can You please tell me what is the bearing code or size in this motor?
Hello do you know about code e09?
Hi, is the inokim light 1 motor stator and the Zero 9 motor stator the same size? If so, whats the diameter and width of the stator and magnets?
