Mac, I found you completely by accident years ago on RUclips and you've been a hidden treasure for me. I honestly thought you were gonna be some dope white rapper with some song called 'Salad Days'. Years later, and I still don't know what it is about you.., your voice, your guitar, cadence, personality etc. but there's something that makes a hardcore hip-hop, trap, reggae, soca music fan take a few moments out of every month and just listen to a few of your tracks. The way you just deliver anything and everything just makes me think you're truly a blessed being. Your musical soul is as if you've lived multiple lives and have awoke now to give us timeless ballads intertwined with a little wisdom here and there.
Very few artists can breach a wall of having me feeling so transcendent. I get heavy nostalgia and also a nice refresh on where I am at the moment. Listening to you makes me realize a mental present-ness in a chaotic life. You help me realize the time, people and things I take for granted and also what I should be holding near and dear.
