Bear Lake Campground - Yampa Colorado

43 first-come, first-served campsites at 9,700 feet. Located in the Bear River Valley of the Routt Natl Forest outside of Yampa Colorado. Campsites are $10 per night. ($20/Double Sites & $30/Triple Site). Fishing in Bear Lake is a short walk from the campground. Yamcolo Reservoir and Stillwater Reservoir are less than 5 miles from Bear Lake Campground. The Flattops Wilderness surrounds the area on three sides and has several hiking trails. Most of the campsites here are spread out and thick trees provide privacy between many sites.
