Effective practic is more important than the amount. If you overtrain muscle it only dose harm. Directly after a long or difficult practice session the sound is worse.
I would recommend to play long notes and variate every thing. Bending the note up and down, volume, amount of air, size of lip opening, position of the mouthpiece on the lips, pressure against the lips (less is mostly better, but you need more strength around the lips)
And recording your self can really help analyze what you sound like. If you have a specific sound you are striving for compare it, and imagine in your head how you want to sound directly before you play the note. When you are happy with the sound incorporate it step by step in more difficult playing

    クリス・マーティンはもちろん上手いけど、バンドのレベルが低いのがとても気になる。
