truderma has some issues with the formulation, i got so many complaints that i have stopped recommending that, formularx is not for oily acne prone as well, u could try any moisturiser like simple or hydranet
Coming from someone who has tried Paula's chouce SA, Just go with sebogel SA+niacinamide. It's an Indian Pharmacy product. It is a clear gel and gives an instant glow and shine to the face and doesn't burn, but does the work of chemical peeling great. The Paula's choice burned me.

If you are using Tretinoin please do not use a vitamin c serum otherwise it will dry out your skin like anything. Also vitamin c doesn’t suit all skin types it can cause initial purging which you don’t wanna try while using Tretinoin. Instead go for niacinamide. Telling you because it happened with me.

Hi Pooja, I had a question. In one of your shorts you had mentioned that Phenoxyethanol might irritate the skin if we have a broken barrier. I was using Moskina and Niamax D and my skin started itching a little after use. ANd in the morning my skin didn't feel hydrated or plump as was supposed. So I'm guessing I have a damaged skin barrier. Both these products have Phenoxyethanol and I'm guessing that's what is causing the issue, since these products have great reviews otherwise. The Formula RX one also seems to have Phenoxyethanol, so i was wondering if I could use it to repair my skin barrier or would it also create itchiness. Currently (as per your advise :)) I am not using skincare and waiting for my asking to heal naturally. So if the formula RX helps, I wanna try it out. But if the Phenoxyethanol again causes itchiness and dryness then it doesn't make sense. Sorry for this long question. But any help/suggestion (on correct products) would be really appreciated! :) P.S: Your videos are always reassuring so please keep up with the good work. Much love :)
You could try bioderma intensive baume/ dermaco ceramide/ truderma moisturiser for your damaged barrier , phenoxyethanol is what needs to be avoided but then again it doesn’t depend solely on the ingredient and more depends on the formulation. So FORMULARX is fine but I have heard that for some people it didn’t suit as well and for some it worked 😊

Looks the packaging is not ideal. Feels like a pharmacy ointment tube and goes out of shape as you squeeze. Can't make it stand along with your other products on the tray. Currently using Minimalist 0.3% pure ceramide (none of brands disclose their % and if at all it's ceramide complex % only).

Use minimal amount of moisturiser , please check if biosilk is giving u closed comedones, better to use a salicylic based face wash .

Xerina was just fine , truderma is ideal for the summers , in the winter I tried out vaunt calm cream
Formula rx barrier relief cream has cetearyl alcohol in it and it is comedogenic... But repairs ur barrier in no time
