Hi Meenakshi. Very in-depth & informative review of the cream. I was contemplating buying it because I'm on prescription tretinoin & my skin has become so dry and sensitive to the point where even applying moisturiser causes redness and burning. My derm says it might be because I damaged my skin barrier and said I should look for a good ceramide moisturiser. I was just wondering what the texture of this cream is? Is it too light or too greasy? I wanted something in between because my skin can't handle either. Thank you for the vid.
First of all thanks for your comment. And regarding the texture of this product, it is very light which I often prefer using most part of the year but during winters or in your case (dry skin) this could be little less moisturising for you. What you can do is, either go in with this moisturiser two times (back to back) or take little extra quantity of it. Or else you can go for any other barrier repair cream which is little more hydrating. For my suggestions on the same, I suggest you watch my video on best barrier repair creams. I am very sure that will help.

Is this product suitable for dry skin? Does it provide enough hydration to the skin and also can it be reactive to sensitive skin( as there is one review on RUclips itself saying that it caused small bumps on her face)... I have a broken skin barrier and I'm looking for products that could help repair my skin. My skin type is dry and now sensitive too and I'm currently using cetaphil DAM...also can I layer it with cetaphil DAM to get enough hydration?
This one does help the skin which is sensitive and also whose barrier has been disrupted but if you are strictly asking in terms of hydration, this may not be sufficient for dry skin alone, so in which case layering it up with Cetaphil DAM may help.
I think you will need to top it off with something or may be take a little more of this. But for extremely dry skin it ain’t sufficient i guess. For that, you can try Bvaunt one or Re’equil one. I will have a separate video on those creams next week
