Thanks so much for posting a pic of every site! I booked a spot without any knowledge and now after seeing the picture of our spot I feel very good about it. The rest of the video was very informative too!
YES RACHEL!!! You have to know how to operate the whole rig and drive it too. We had a 32' 5th wheel with 2 slides. F250 Super Duty V-10 and yes, I could hitch up the trailer, drive it, back it, set up awnings, light propane, DUMP TANKS!
We have just discovered your channel and are working our way through the reviews of the campgrounds. As a wheelchair user, I wanted to comment about the use of the paved spaces. Each camp ground may be different but many reserve the right to move you to another non-handicap site if someone who needs it is also making a reservation. It might be better to just book the sandy site that best suits your rig and not risk being moved to one that you didn't sleect. I hope this helps.
Hi, thank you so much for this video. I really like it. It gave me a clear picture about what to expect.I'm planning to go with a church group and with my daughters at the end of December. I don't have an RV. I'm camping with a tent so. no walking to the bathrooms area in the middle of the night. Do you remember which site camp has the closest trial path to the bathrooms?
Wuh-KI (k-eye)-vuh or wuh-KI-wuh, not wuh-key-waa. I lived nearby in a neighborhood called Wekiva Glen. Creeks, later called Seminoles, are the most recent Native Americans to have lived here. Wekiwa means "spring of water" and Wekiva means "flowing water" in the Creek language.
Whats wrong with walking with frogs. LOL. You are right when out of suburban oR city areas it gets real dark at night, it does let you see the stars and moon in all there glory.
