This is such a helpful video. I learned the hard way these exact things you point out. Learning how to dial back your intensity is so important. If you're going ham on the bag and tweek your wrist, you may not be able to box for weeks. Which sucks.
And learning how to work the bag while it's moving is so important. Throwing an improper hook into a 90 lb heavy bag as it's swinging the opposite direction is a formula for a busted wrist! Love your stuff, Nate!

I started doing your workouts 4-5 years ago and I’ve become a real boxer for real , it’s my zen time and I block out everything ,it’s just me you and the bag putting in that work nothing else exists.

I had continuous wrist pain where I couldn’t fully rotate it, only half way… (extreme pain when doing bicep curls) however I didn’t listen to it and I continued to train and hit the heavy bag and lift weights everyday. After 8 months, went to the doctor for an X-ray and turned out they found swelling on both sides of the wrist with small edemas with it. So instead of hitting the bag I shadowbox or use my legs, Any tips to heal faster?

This was 4 months ago so you’re probably better but you can do 2kg wrist curls, DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO HIT THE BAG UNTIL HEALED. Once you’re healed make sure you tape your wrists and after you’ve wrapped your hands. Make sure you have a tight fist on impact and hand and wrist straight.
