I’m sure we can all relate to internal business partner dynamics that don’t always go how you want. It was refreshing to hear him defending the sales guys while also walking the line of advocating for ethical practices. And hearing his journey for how he started in sales before getting into construction and starting the company I know what that’s like. Also appreciate his stance on being agnostic to equipment and having a positive frame for what’s happening in the industry.
