    Ingredients:
    1 whole salmon fish
    1/3 cup of oil
    7 cloves of garlic
    2 onions
    3 bell peppers (red, green, orange)
    1 jalapeno
    1 can of tomato paste
    1 cup of water
    add salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder
    Steps:
    1. pour oil into a pot
    2. squeeze garlic and mix
    3. dice up onions and pour into the pot after 30 seconds of the garlic frying
    4. dice bell peppers and jalapeno thinly and fry it
    5. throw in the can of tomato paste with 1 cup of water
    6. let the sauce cook for 10 minutes
    7. cut the fish in medium pieces
    8. take a foil and place Parchment paper into the foil
    9. place each piece of salmon into the foil (only a single layer, do not do a double layer)
    10. put salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano on each fish and pat it
    11. pour the sauce onto the fish
    12. put the oven on for 350 degrees and cook for 18 minutes
    13. once ready, serve and enjoy
