  • Ingredients:
    4 green apples
    1 pineapple
    1 box of walnuts
    3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
    Instructions:
    Dice the green apples and pineapple into bite-sized cubes.
    Place the walnuts between two sheets of plastic wrap and crush them into smaller pieces using a rolling pin or another heavy object.
    In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, pineapple, and crushed walnuts.
    Add the mayonnaise and gently mix everything until evenly coated.
    Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes for a refreshing taste. Enjoy!
