What was the fix here? Loose solder points? Would be awesome to get some details on that part.. trying to figure out a similar issue as well
    Thanks!

      Thank you for your replay.
Yes, I fixed the loose solder points by following this video:

I think this fix is kind of hit or miss. In case the 'fix' went wrong, I also prepared an extra ABS module from a junkyard. But luckily, I didn't need it. Good luck with your case, and let me know how it goes!
Oh, before you do this fix, run INPA first (like in my video) to see if the wheel speed sensor is faulty. I've seen many cases where it's just a wheel speed sensor problem.

how did you calibrate the steering angle position sensor?

I used INPA. To access the DSC module and the steering angle sensor, launch INPA and navigate to Chassis. I also found that some others use Tool32 : www.bimmerfest.com/threads/how-to-easily-calibrate-the-steering-angle-sensor-in-tool32.890659/

hi bro, Can you access other modules, such as DME, or read ENGINE error codes? Do you have a small switch on your OBD cable? If so, try toggling it to see if it works. If this doesn't work, there might be a bad pin in your cable connector (try using a multimeter). I'm getting ready to attempt this job for a second time....question for you - how did you move the master cylinder to access/detach the ABS module? On my first attempt, I couldn't get the MC to clear the brake booster, and as a result, couldn't reach the lower T25 bolt...maybe I need to pull the MC harder? My main worry is breaking a brake linke...Any tips you can provide would be super helpful!!

I understand; I struggled a lot with removing it as well. I pretty much followed the steps in Michael Blacktree's video (ruclips.net/video/5K2nx-2R7OE/видео.html). After I detached the MC from the brake booster, I gently but firmly pushed the MC as far as I could toward the passenger side (5:33 in MB's video). I also needed to tilt the ABS module so that the T25 bolts were facing upward as much as possible. You can see the amount of tilting and movement needed at 5:59 in MB's video.
Yes, I used a lot of force to move the MC and ABS module, and several metal pipe lines were bent, but luckily, I didn't break them. After removing the ABS pump, I tilted the MC and ABS module toward the driver's side (as seen at 6:34 in MB's video) and then took out the ABS module. I severely bent the long prongs from the ABS module due to the tight space, but luckily, they didn't break off. Once I straightened them, it worked without any issues. Another tip is that those T25 bolts are really tight and can easily strip. WD-40, patience, and a quality tools are your friends. Good luck with your project!

@@Car-Math This is incredibly helpful - thank you so much!! I followed Michael’s video as well, in addition to 50s Kid brake booster change without bleeding brakes. How did you go about detaching the MC from the brake booster? So far, I’ve removed everything that’s in front of it / to the side of it (intake boots, DISA, air box, plastic shield, ECU wire bundles, ECU box cover, and the rubber grommet that holds the brake lines from the ABS unit into the groove on the frame wall) - is it simply a matter of pulling the MC back far enough and then up?

@@Car-Math I just finished the job, module replaced, trifecta DEFEATED!! All in no small part due to the confidence you helped instill in me to move the brake lines. Thank you!! I’m on cloud nine right now
