@@ashumCR Its actually really hard to explain but its all about your sense of the ball and rubber. Start with a low toss and dont put any sidspin to the ball. The rest is history. I found out how to do the xu xin ball catch by myself just from practice so good luck.

How do you return such a serve?
The easiest way to return is by chopping/slicing the ball, but you must make sure to chop upwards a bit or else the ball will fall to the net.
