    One more advice : if you can't read the spin immediately don't hit the ball to early, wait until it starts falling, it's more forgiving if you hit it as late as possible.

    You're using too much shoulder movement for a spinny loop, which could lead to shoulder injury over time.

      For my forehand, i use dignics09c while my backhand is nittaku fastarc g1. My blade is butterfly sk carbon

    In your forward stroke i notice the angle of your elbow stays the same from start to finish. Is that on purpose or just the way you do it?

      @@MrEast900 Exactly. He fails to retract his forearm while generating friction with the ball, causing his shoulder to rise in an attempt to generate force, which could potentially lead to injury.

      Correction: some elbow movement can be useful, just make sure it is not too excessive. Probably around a 45 degrees change in elbow angle (gradually throughout stroke). Sorry for the confusion and thanks for those that pointed it out!

    Hi! What about G1 for forehand? I would like to do fastarc g1 on both sides on harimoto alc blade. What do you think about this combo?

      Im not sure about the harimoto alc blade as I have never tried it, but a double fastarc g1 is a good combo. I believe with the fastarc g1s, in would be suitable for midrange plays with a lot of spin and arc. For more short and fast close to the table strokes, a harder and faster rubber may be better, but it all depends on your preferences!

    Thanks for this very useful video..❤ One suggestion though, if you can, pls recreate the video by showing the service from the far end table and showing the return of serve from the near end of the table. It will be far more easy to follow.

    The difficult part is the serve did not come at the middle table as demonstrated..the pendulum serve usually comes at the extreme left for the opponent which is hard to receive for beginers like me.😂

      Glad it helped! In my opinion, a good place to start will be to master the brushing motion with the backspin serve: ruclips.net/video/5chB1d3gdLw/видео.html . You can also watch my other videos for more understanding regarding spin and all. Also, make sure your bat rubber can grip and spin the ball (no grip, no spin). Hope this helps!
