Nice one. If I’m not mistaken it is a signature Maharu Yoshimura’s serve. Btw do you have advice how to control the length of it? Short or long? Because of fast wrist motion I find it pretty complicated to serve topspin one short :(
Yepp, Yoshimura uses this serve a lot. For topspin, it is pretty hard to hit short. For short topspin, you need to brush the ball lightly upwards with barely any forward momentum. This way the topspin takes the ball over the net short. Also, make sure to time the fake down movement AFTER brushing the ball, so that the ball does not fly :) Hahahah sorry for the long reply 😀
Am I right to conclude that this is basically a Reverse pendulum with an unusual deception at the end? (looks terrifying, but otherwise must act similarly to the Rev. Pendulum right?)
Unlike most Table tennis tutorial people, you actually Seem to be quite High level. Atleast your service here is. Good work man.
Nice work!
Thanks!
