4 eggs,
120 grams of sugar,
100 grams of flour,
25 grams of cornstarch, a pinch of salt and a pinch of vanillin
- Add 4 eggs into a deep bowl
- Add a pinch of salt and vanilla
- Add 120 grams of brown sugar
- Beat this up with a mixer for 2 minutes
- Add 100 grams flour and 25 grams starch
- Sift through a sieve
- Beat this up again using the lowest speed of the mixer for 1 minute
- Grease the mold with butter
