I prefer Bettinardi because they actually offer soft feeling putters and all of Scotty’s are very firm. If you’ve never tried a queen bee copper putter man you’re missing out
I agree with the soft feeling on the Bee. Is it just the Queen B line because of the honeycomb milling? I see that Bettinardi is releasing new BB line for 2024 soon and wonder how the BB28 Slotback would be like. Any insight on that?
The Scotty is also milled from a single block. Sure it has weights in it and the stainless plate, so the head could have more weight in the toe and heel, but it’s still one block of stainless. Anyway did you look into the 2.5+? I’d say it’s closer the the bettinardi than the square back is, because of the neck on the 2.5
@@things6819 Ok perfect me too. thank you for the fast response. I tried 34 in store and it just felt a little too short. 35 felt much more comfortable but I stood a little higher up than I was used too. Maybe I just need some time to get used to it. (im thinking 34.5 might be best)
@@things6819 I went in thinking I was going to come out with the Scotty squared also. Came out with the Bee 6 as well. I got the jumbo grip tho! I think this was a no brainer between the two…
@@Mos-Hlub That's good to know! Thanks for sharing. I thought about the jumbo grip as well but the standard grip felt pretty good in my hands. How are you enjoying the Bee so far?
@@things6819 loving it. Has definitely made putting more enjoyable! I didnt get to check the Scotty square, but is the head balance on it about the same as the Bee?
That’s great to hear! In terms of head balance, the Bee is the definite winner in my opinion. It feels so balanced that it feels almost like a pendulum swing or a gymbal 😂
Queen B#6 all day. It's simplistically beautiful, has a great feel, and much softer feeling than any Scotty I've tried. Love my #6.

That is correct
