Where can I get pallets yard safe no chemicals?

I would search your area in feed stores and lumber yards for Heat Treated pallets (symbol “HT”) and not MB pallets 👍

My only concern is the chemicals in the pallet potentially leaching into your soil, over time. Maybe coat it with more than paint?

You can get non chemical treated pallets! Like HT…. Heat treated pallets👍

I’m sorry…Yes I’ve seen some businesses charge for their pallets or places giving away junked pallets… good quality free pallets are not everywhere! I got mine at feed stores
