the length of bar is wrong for the 12#@250c/c bar, the length should be calculated by L= 3000-2*50+2(300-2*50)=3300mm= 3.3m, so correct this and the same case in the other direction

Yes you are right
don't you allow for overlaps in columns while calculating the length of the bars?
the length of main bar in footing will be (3000-2*50+200*2)
you have add only one side development length in main bar

for the 2nd case u have taken 3000 for calculating the no of bars...but it should be 2500...we are calculating for the bar across y axis
why we not added the length of L in main reinforcement of foundation i.e 9*dia
