Speaking as an East Asian, the no food after 6pm routine is ridiculously effective for losing weight. I would then pair this with food that has less oil/salt/sugar (carbs are fine) and light cardio and weight training. You can see results in a week
Facts. I’ve tried so many different things but doing intermittent fasting, paired with some cardio, but adding more strength training is what made the difference finally!! Strength training will not make you bulky btw. So pick up those weights! 😊
One of my friend tried out one of K-pop idol's diet [ I won't name that idol ] and oh boy , my friend literally had to be hospitalised , she was low on calorie and fainted/vomited countless amount of times , In conclusion : before trying any K-pop idols diet think twice , most of their diets are extremely difficult and very harmful for your body , their diets are not healthy..

The reason why every Diet is working out for them is: - they have an calorie deficit around ~ 1000kcal - their doing mostly cardio /aerobic workouts by dance practices and have weight training - and their having an high calorie outtake. Even with an normal eating habit and high intense training they would lose weight - but not in such a short time. So, everything their doing is .. taking the path of losing weight fast and being malnutrionist ('cause often food without carbohydrates but high in water and low in vitamins are chosen). Annd this isn't healthy, it's damaging for your body.

So, the most important Organs getting everything but not as much as they needed. Your will never be able to get you body all the nutrients by a low calorie intake as you have. This is als why Anorexic and bulimic Persons are in danger and often get feeded by a feeding tube. The minimum in your daily intake should be ~1200 and this is the amount a toddler is eating. So please. Instead of glamorising your low intake inform yourself by some Dietitians and let yourself consul about an healthy diet and what your body needs.

i used to do extreme dieting in order to loose weight, i only ate 500kcal a day and i lost around 20kg in a few months but i would never recommend it. i often felt dizzy and disconnected from reality, i couldn’t do sports at school or id pass out. instead i recommend what i did in order to keep my weight, i walked, did planks for a minute and i did jump ropes everyday, i started out counting to 200 jump ropes but eventually i just did them with a 3 minute timer, or around the length of a normal song :) that kept me toned and even helped me loose a bit more weight and kept me around the 47kg mark, it was still hard but healthy at least, i did this together with a half portion diet and i ate 2 times a day, considering my diet before, this one was way more rational. ive now gained 15kg after quarantine and lack of motivation but at least i know what to do to get my ideal weight back :)
I am a person who works out moderately... And when it comes to diet... I do intermittent fasting where you eat for 8hrs and fast for 16hrs...and in those 8 hrs you can eat whatever you want... And as for the calorie intake... Maintain your BMI rate... For me...considering my height, gender, activity level.... It's 1400cal per day!!! And honestly this lifestyle has changed my life... I have lost considerable amount of weight sustainably and kept it off for years!!
For info: TOP didn't make the diet to debut he made it to get into YG. He auditioned with GD and was cut because of his weight. they promised him if he came back after dieting he would be able to get into YG

I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. I've done the 1 meal diet plan, which should be enough calories for the whole entire day. I only went up to 700 to 800 calories but 1000 calories is better. You can eat anything you want! Don't go over the calorie count. I only drink water or detox waters with only fruit or vegetables in it. Also I worked out 5 to 6 days a week. Changing workouts everyday so my body wont start to get use to it...which it will if you don't change it up every few days. I wouldn't eat after 8pm either. I lost 40lbs in 6 weeks!! 😊It does work, but be careful not to gorg on food. Using weights in your workouts burns fat faster, not cardio! Cardio burns calories only. Want to loose fat, burn with different weighted dumbbells or use your own body weight!! Don't forget to eat protein of some kind too. Repairs your body after you workout! Even 2 tablespoons of peanut butter after will work or a cup of nuts your choice. Always remember that don't look at the scale every day, besides if you are noticing differences in the mirror and feeling good and energized than you don't need to look at the scale! ☺️😄
Yeah I've been doing this "diet plan" not on purpose without even realising it was a diet. I don't really have breakfast cuz it makes me feel slighly sick since I run around at work a lot. And I usually have a super heavy lunch, eating whatever I want, no restrictions whatsoever. And then for dinner I would usually have a bunch of fruit, since eating heavily before sleep also makes me sick. And personally for me it works really well, considering the only excercise I actually enjoy is going on long walks with my dog.
Tbh, Jung Hyosung has the most beautiful body for me among all Kpop girl group members. She's not too thin and she's not too fat. And I admire her agency for not giving her a strict diet unlike others who almost starve themselves to death.

She combined jimin’s 1 meal in 10 days, he was also the one that fainted because of this and not Jin. Jimin does not recommend this diet in fact he said he will never do it again. Jin’s diet was eating just chicken breasts. The information in this video are not accurate. I know because I follow BTS. If you’re like 150cm and mainly sit all day, then yeah, that might be too much. But for most of the people 2000 is maintenance, many people can actually eat even more because they are active.

And try to burn that much amount of calories a day... I use to consume 600-1000 calories a day and burn around 2000 to 2500 calories a day.... Nd I also suggest you NOT to follow any kpop diet... In Indian diet there are many meals which are low calories and have nutrition and protine in it... So yeah you are Indian... In Indian we have taak made from curd which has very low calories but it gives energy nutrition detoxify body..and we feel full... ... So yeah it's simple not to follow kpop diets and yes in foreign country they can also try taak it just needs curd and water... 😊

Here’s my « advices » for those who wanna lose weight. 1- don’t try crash / extreme diets (IU / Seulgi etc) : yes you’ll be losing weight super fast, by starving and pushing yourself too much, but you’ll eventually gonna gain it back. 2- drink a lot of water. Stay hydrated , you can also switch to soja milk etc. 3- don’t starve yourself, include everything in your alimentation, just pay attention to proportions and priorities : - vegetables - fruits - proteins low calories 4- give you 1 or 2 days in the week where you can eat whatever you want but with low proportions ! 5- stay active : walk, gym, swim + mentally active : drawing / music … reading etc 6- try not to use too much oil / butter / salt / sugar in your dinners 7- try vegetarian food, and open your mind to different cultural recipes ! 8- don’t be too harsh to yourself, the secret for a winning weigh loss is to accept that it is better to lose 500 grams per week, than 4kg

Hmmmm that's interting... my diet or meal plan is less than 800 calories per day but I don't get hungry and I work out for like 3 to 4 hours a day... I lost around 30 lbs in 3 months..but this is still in my comfort zone so 1000 calories doesn't sind bad for me it sounds like a lot haha

Well the results are pretty well and im still healthy what i did: First of don't eat something past 7 pm , make sure you don't eat : somethings too salty, rice , too much big meals in a day Eat (theyre healthy) : a salat in a day (or 2) , only 3 big meals a week I remian healthy and i DEFENTLY recomend doing activictis for ur day anddddd for the final thing i usally do gymnastics , ballet (a begginer of it not proffesional), and thats all reamin healthy and flexible! Bonus : i called mine liquid cat diet (don't come at me i like this diet)

Hmm, counting callories i think is not extreme, even 1000kcal is nor extreme for me. I mostly eat that much and count calories and what i can tell, that 1k kcal is a lot if you pick your food wisely. In last year i lost ~10kg. So counting calories is a big YAY 🙋🏼♀️

You can't just stop eating all sugar and salt your body needs sugar and salt in moderation so you can't completely cut it off you can just minimize the intake
U shouldn’t cut out carbs, or promote that. Active ppl who want to do well in their sports have to eat carbs for better performance. But unfortunately, so many ppl r not active, and don’t kno that athletes need carbs, so they promote diets with no carbs which is rly unhealthy for active ppl who want to improve performance.
Unless if you’re diabetic, there really is no need to cut out fruits and bread. You can, however, try to avoid a lot of the refined and processed stuff such as packaged pastries, candy, cake, since it’s not healthy anyway. As for fats, I get that it’s high calorie and all, but spare amounts are needed. Omega-3s and several other necessary nutrients are found in foods such as fish, avocados, seeds, and nuts. Fat is also really important for vitamin absorption such as vitamin D. I’ve had vitamin d deficiency before and while I can’t have too much fat due to a removed gallbladder, I still have to get some for vitamin absorption.
The BTS diet is Kim Seokjin only ate chicken breast for the whole year and the video shows Yoongi and tells it was Kim Seokjin when it was Jimin's diet.

@@전정연-t3t what can help is to just eat 3 meals a day, so have a routine in what you eat! But dont snack or eat in between, if you're getting hungry in the evening, then just drink some tea or drink water, your body will get used to it! And it will of course help if you work out, and if you don't like too work out, i recommend to learn kpop dances and dance for 2 hours a day! That will help too a lot. Just remember to only eat 3 healthy and full meals a day and drink enough water! Dont starve yourself either!

@Viki Y it is damaging since your body isn't fueld by the nutrition it needs and is calming down some mechanisms (as hair growth, monthly bleeding, nails, to name the first symptoms) and tries everything to let you life. So, the most important Organs getting everything but not as much as they needed.
Your will never be able to get you body all the nutrients by a low calorie intake as you have. This is als why Anorexic and bulimic Persons are in danger and often get feeded by a feeding tube. The minimum in your daily intake should be ~1200 and this is the amount a toddler is eating.
So please. Instead of glamorising your low intake inform yourself by some Dietitians and let yourself consul about an healthy diet and what your body needs.

i used to do extreme dieting in order to loose weight, i only ate 500kcal a day and i lost around 20kg in a few months but i would never recommend it. i often felt dizzy and disconnected from reality, i couldn’t do sports at school or id pass out. instead i recommend what i did in order to keep my weight, i walked, did planks for a minute and i did jump ropes everyday, i started out counting to 200 jump ropes but eventually i just did them with a 3 minute timer, or around the length of a normal song :) that kept me toned and even helped me loose a bit more weight and kept me around the 47kg mark, it was still hard but healthy at least, i did this together with a half portion diet and i ate 2 times a day, considering my diet before, this one was way more rational. ive now gained 15kg after quarantine and lack of motivation but at least i know what to do to get my ideal weight back :)

I am a person who works out moderately... And when it comes to diet... I do intermittent fasting where you eat for 8hrs and fast for 16hrs...and in those 8 hrs you can eat whatever you want... And as for the calorie intake... Maintain your BMI rate... For me...considering my height, gender, activity level.... It's 1400cal per day!!! And honestly this lifestyle has changed my life... I have lost considerable amount of weight sustainably and kept it off for years!!

I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. I've done the 1 meal diet plan, which should be enough calories for the whole entire day. I only went up to 700 to 800 calories but 1000 calories is better. You can eat anything you want! Don't go over the calorie count. I only drink water or detox waters with only fruit or vegetables in it. Also I worked out 5 to 6 days a week. Changing workouts everyday so my body wont start to get use to it...which it will if you don't change it up every few days. I wouldn't eat after 8pm either. I lost 40lbs in 6 weeks!! 😊It does work, but be careful not to gorg on food. Using weights in your workouts burns fat faster, not cardio! Cardio burns calories only. Want to loose fat, burn with different weighted dumbbells or use your own body weight!! Don't forget to eat protein of some kind too. Repairs your body after you workout! Even 2 tablespoons of peanut butter after will work or a cup of nuts your choice. Always remember that don't look at the scale every day, besides if you are noticing differences in the mirror and feeling good and energized than you don't need to look at the scale! ☺️😄

Yeah I've been doing this "diet plan" not on purpose without even realising it was a diet. I don't really have breakfast cuz it makes me feel slighly sick since I run around at work a lot. And I usually have a super heavy lunch, eating whatever I want, no restrictions whatsoever. And then for dinner I would usually have a bunch of fruit, since eating heavily before sleep also makes me sick.
And personally for me it works really well, considering the only excercise I actually enjoy is going on long walks with my dog.
That's not a diet that's starvation.

I know some people are gonna wanna do it anyway, because trust me, I was in that position. But trust me, youll regret it. Starving yourself is never the answer. The minute you lose weight youll yo-yo back to your diet and possibly gain more because it isn’t sustainable. You have to really understand and let it stick in your head that weight loss takes TIME. You’ll have a few slip ups and that’s NORMAL. No one is perfect. Am I happy the way I am? No. But no matter what happens, I plan to stick to it. Is it hard? Of course! Do I wanna give up? All the time. But I want to be fitter and healthier. All that takes time. I have to build habits. So I’m taking it steady. Don’t focus on weight gain focus on healthy eating. Update: I have started doing Chloe Ting (fitness program) and it has helped me build muscle while losing weight! I only eat when I’m hungry and make healthy choices.. Trust me, it’s super hard to devote to! But never lose your vision of why you started and watch motivational videos!❤️

In Indian diet there are many meals which are low calories and have nutrition and protine in it... So yeah you are Indian... Here’s my « advices » for those who wanna lose weight.
1- don’t try crash / extreme diets (IU / Seulgi etc) : yes you’ll be losing weight super fast, by starving and pushing yourself too much, but you’ll eventually gonna gain it back.
2- drink a lot of water. Stay hydrated , you can also switch to soja milk etc.
3- don’t starve yourself, include everything in your alimentation, just pay attention to proportions and priorities :
- vegetables
- fruits
- proteins low calories
4- give you 1 or 2 days in the week where you can eat whatever you want but with low proportions !
5- stay active : walk, gym, swim
+ mentally active : drawing / music … reading etc
6- try not to use too much oil / butter / salt / sugar in your dinners
7- try vegetarian food, and open your mind to different cultural recipes !
8- don’t be too harsh to yourself, the secret for a winning weigh loss is to accept that it is better to lose 500 grams per week, than 4kg

Hello! I am here to tell the results, i should say for an person who wants to lose wieght so badly , make sure u keep healthy!!! Well the results are pretty well and im still healthy what i did:
First of don't eat something past 7 pm , make sure you don't eat : somethings too salty, rice , too much big meals in a day
Eat (theyre healthy) : a salat in a day (or 2) , only 3 big meals a week
I remian healthy and i DEFENTLY recomend doing activictis for ur day anddddd for the final thing i usally do gymnastics , ballet (a begginer of it not proffesional), and thats all reamin healthy and flexible!
Bonus : i called mine liquid cat diet (don't come at me i like this diet)

Hmm, counting callories i think is not extreme, even 1000kcal is nor extreme for me. I mostly eat that much and count calories and what i can tell, that 1k kcal is a lot if you pick your food wisely. In last year i lost ~10kg. So counting calories is a big YAY 🙋🏼♀️

U shouldn’t cut out carbs, or promote that. Active ppl who want to do well in their sports have to eat carbs for better performance. But unfortunately, so many ppl r not active, and don’t kno that athletes need carbs, so they promote diets with no carbs which is rly unhealthy for active ppl who want to improve performance.
Unless if you’re diabetic, there really is no need to cut out fruits and bread. You can, however, try to avoid a lot of the refined and processed stuff such as packaged pastries, candy, cake, since it’s not healthy anyway.
As for fats, I get that it’s high calorie and all, but spare amounts are needed. Omega-3s and several other necessary nutrients are found in foods such as fish, avocados, seeds, and nuts. Fat is also really important for vitamin absorption such as vitamin D. I’ve had vitamin d deficiency before and while I can’t have too much fat due to a removed gallbladder, I still have to get some for vitamin absorption.

But dont snack or eat in between, if you're getting hungry in the evening, then just drink some tea or drink water, your body will get used to it! And it will of course help if you work out, and if you don't like too work out, i recommend to learn kpop dances and dance for 2 hours a day! That will help too a lot. Just remember to only eat 3 healthy and full meals a day and drink enough water! Dont starve yourself either!
