Welcome to our imperfectly perfect adventure! We are a family of 12 living in our renovated RV, traveling the United States. Join us for traveling, organization, renovation, grocery hauls, homeschool, music and big family fun! We don't claim to be a perfect model family. Howdy y’all. I love seeing large families when I do. I have 15 siblings myself, and my wife, two daughters, and I are selling our home soon for a full time toy hauler debt free. Y’all look like you have a well oiled, semi-self sufficient system going on! Right at around the time this video was posted on your channel, kids that age start FINALLY taking care of each other 😅 thank y’all!!

Totally understand! Big families naturally think differently. I had two sibling and my own bedroom. We all ended up sleeping in each other’s rooms and sharing space. 🤷🏻♀️
When you do this your kids are nicer and closer

I love what you did with this space! Also, if you find you need it- I've seen another full time family with a fuzion (different model but similar) and they added two rows of cubes in the top of their garage where the TV used to be.
Thank you! We actually added a shelf with pull down hanging baskets where the TV was. It would have been totally wasted space otherwise.

When our water heater stopped working it turned out to be the circuit board. We bought an aftermarket replacement from Dinosaur Electronics. Much better quality then the OEM.
So I use the childproofing cabinet latch thingys for my cabinet doors to keep them from flying open on the road. :) Sorry for the double comment...just saw you talking about the cabinets in the garage and wasn’t sure if you’d heard of using the childproofing things to keep cabinets from flying open on the road or not. :)
Thankfully, most of these cabinets came with those on them. We did just add those onto some locker doors because those flew open sending our homeschool books everywhere the first time we traveled. 😬

We ended up using spice racks, and those have been perfect.

Love what you’ve done with the toy box! I’m wondering if the couch gives enough clearance for the beds to lower the whole way? Just starting to look at RVs and really liking toy haulers. Is the happy Jack system designed to be able to bear weight at whatever level it stops at or does it have to lock into a certain spot?
Thanks! The Happy Jack beds can bear weight at any level desired. And the sofa does give enough clearance for us to put the beds in our desired positions.

These came this color, but we painted a VERY similar color in our last RV. We used SW Dorian Gray.
How did you do the space saving queen beds? I have 5 girls and 2 boys and looking at something practical like this. :)
These are on what they call happy jacks. The beds are like bunk beds. Both can be raised to the ceiling when not in use, then lowered for sleeping. Most toy haulers come with one queen bed and underneath two bench seats that convert to another queen bed. We had the bench seats removed and added a second queen bed.
@@RollingbytheDozen We are looking at getting a Raptor 352 and doing the same thing with the queen bunks. Where did you get the second queen happy jack from and did you install it yourself? Thanks!
How did you keep the furniture from flying around? Did you anchor to the wall somehow?
The teal sofa is stapped to the window frame and the fabric dressers are strapped and screwed to the wall. The tall locker set is anchored to the floor with screws.
Forgive me if this has already been shared... but what is the make and model of your rig? That's a really cool unit!!
We really like it! It's a 2020 Keystone Fusion 430.

We actually have 10 kids, and traveling in the RV was our kids’ most amazing childhood memories. They all hope to travel again! 🤗
