Antifa were not classified as a terrorist organization by the FBI. They are classified as a terrorist group by a state division of Homeland Security. The Proud Boys actually reported to be a terrorist/extremist group by the FBI (federal), then later the FBI (or someone in the FBI rather) contradicted that. But as Micinnes is arguing, the damage had already been done, due to this and the SLPC designation. The Proud Boys (and Mcinnes) were screwed only because they are an actual organization.
But to your point, yes, Twitter does make it up as they go along. One week it's this, the next completely different.
