If people actually respect their living space, this place would be clean. Check out the ping yuen projects in Chinatown. They old but clean and well kept. Sunnydale projects are a dump cause the community doesn't work together to keep anything tidy or clean. They had to get rid of the Geneva towers out by there too cause people made it into a dump.
