Don't get me wrong, this "diss" is pure garbage juice, and it's fun to get the jokes off, but Melle Mel is more than just a pioneer, he's one of the founders of rap and his legacy can never be tarnished by something this insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
Melle Mel was the first person to call himself an MC, and he was the lead rapper and lyricist behind the legendary group 'Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five.' He wrote and performed one of the greatest hip hop songs of all-time "The Message." And it's a timeless record (unlike the diss). Check it out if you haven't heard it, the person you hear in the 1st, 2nd, and final verse is Melle Mel. And Melle Mel is also the one responsible for the song's iconic chorus.

Personally, everlast has had the best response to em. This has only smeared Hip Hop in my opinion. Honestly its not as bad because this has always been mel.
