    1) The orange juice you're drinking comes from a standard factory with an FDA certification mark on the label. You can be sure it's 100% real orange juice with no added sugar. But just so you know, the oranges they use are naturally super sweet.
    2) In Thailand, when we think our products are tasty, we always want others to try them. Those dried seafood shopkeepers are happy to give you a free taste without you having to buy or promise anything. Just tell them it's delicious (if it really is) and say thank you. They won't get mad-they'll be happy you're happy. That's the Thai way. We grew up with this.
    3) What you're eating are two versions of Chinese chive cakes: steamed and fried. In Thai, we call them Khanom Gui Chai. We love to eat them with lots of dipping sauce!
    4) When you showed the messages translated into Thai on Google Translate to the two girls and they wouldn't read it, it might be because they're not Thai. In marketplaces throughout Thailand, the owners are usually Thai, but the staff often come from our neighboring countries.
    5) The name of Rayong province does not mean stars. When you asked the Thai man and woman if Rayong means a star, they replied in Thai that they couldn't understand English. However, when you asked them again if Rayong meant stars, they both thought you were asking if the hotel is the Star Hotel, so they said yes. The word "Rayong" has no meaning in Thai. It is believed to come from the Malay language, as the local people there hundreds of years ago were Thai Malays.
    It seems like you're aware of several things, like the orange juice being too sweet or maybe sweetened, or feeling like you have to promise the shopkeepers you'll come back tomorrow to buy something. What I can suggest is that you don't have to worry that much in Thailand. Most Thais are very honest and helpful. However, some working in the tourist industry, like taxi or tuk-tuk drivers, or boat rental operators, might try to take advantage of tourists-but not all of them. Thai people are genuinely happy when we see our guests happy.
    However, many Thais drive fast or carelessly, so please be extremely careful on your motorcycle road trip.

    If you want to prevent sunburn, you can wear a thin long shirt, which is better than just wearing a short T-shirt!
    I don’t understand why they write steamed bread, it’s obviously baked! Steamed bread is a different kind, white in color!
    Congratulations on completing 10,000 steps. Thank you very much for sharing. Very looking forward to the next episode! 👍😍🙌

    I think no addition sugar in that bottle. Orange in Thailand(Maybe all the tropical countries) already that much sweet. and every fruits already contain a lot of fructose(fruit sugar).

    "Rayong" is an old word used in this province which means a boundary or rosewood but not a star. People call star this, star that because the Star Group has developed the land and constructed various buildings in that area of the city center.

    Rayong=Padauk wood or Burma padauk
    Ancient Thai people believed that Which house plants a Padauk tree at home. It will create the power of greatness because Pradu means readiness, cooperation, unity. They have the same power.😊😊😊But it's an ancient language. No one uses it anymore. Rayong can also be translated as border. It has 2 meanings.

    I still recommend you not to stir everything in orange coffee, you have to keep its layer, use straw suck orange from the bottom , slowly hold straw up then you will feel the taste of coffee. This is the right way.

    No.. The name of that province Rayong does not mean star. (The couple you asked question may misunderstand your question) . Some says the word ‘Rayong’ is not even a Thai word. It was borrowed from a Chong language. If that is the case, it refers to ,Burmese rosewood, a type of tree with yellow fragrance flowers.

    33:35 You made a very difficult question meaning of "Rayong". Most of young Thai people they don't know what's it. It was Bahasa Melayu (Malaysia & Indonesia language) which means the land that has plenty of "Burmese Rosewood" in the past, not "Stars" for sure. Even same "Baby Boomer" generation like me, they don't have any clue about the real meaning of this province too. 😅😅😅

    I am a Srilankan now living in UK. My husband is British. Both of us lived and worked in Bangkok for 3 years and travelled around Bangkok. Visit all the islands. Be very careful as they rob everything. Don't miss trying their glass noodles with beef and Thai basil. Also, mango rice pudding. Best places are not restaurants but markets. Even to stop best to get apartments which is much cheaper.
