So what has been revealed so far is that 1. Shakira realised he was cheating because after she came back from a business trip she noticed that her strawberry jam had been eaten out of Pique has a special diet and doesn’t eat jam and neither do her kids 2. Overall though, I think a lot of stuff gets lost in translation. Like ‘Igualita’ (same) is way more insulting in Spanish (at least in this context) than the English translation allows. Translating into English doesn’t quite pack the same punch.

I also wanted to mention how the lyric "a she-wolf like me is not for the rookies", is really a reference to her song "she-wolf" where she sings about herself and the person she is, and how she is someone who needs to be "let out of the closet" in order to show her true self which honestly resonates well with her relationship with Pique' because during their relationship he constantly put her career on hold and didn't "allow" her and support her to be her true self, essentially holding herself back.
