The game will not fail but wont make it big without PVP 100% sure. It will fall into war frame categories which is only tied to a specific casual player niche.
many people enjoy a pve game more than a pvp with a bunch of cheaters in or for console, the guys with a mouse on their hand. maybe its my lazy a.. but these days, only no hands or tryhards are out there
