I was 11 in 1996. In Italy Radio Deejay broadcasted the show live. I recorded the whole set on a cassette tape. I didn’t know much about music at that time. But while I was listening to Mark Feltham’s harmonica I knew that it was something special. This song is so underrated.

You can already see in Noel the realisation that he's a great singer, a frontman in his own right, the slower more contemplative songs in the bands catalogue he knew he should be singing, Liams great at the Rock n roll stuff, Noel way better at the ballads and sing a long tunes.
Seeing Noel perform this live in a small venue (Cleveland House of Blues in Ohio, USA) was one of my favorite concert moments of all time. So was meeting Noel before this show and seeing him joke around with fans as he signed stuff.
Surely the best version of this song - that harmonica is so beautiful. Bit gutted I couldn't get tix to see them but still very happy that they're gonna do the tour! ...maybe a glasto appearance?
I always find it funny how Oasis was like, constantly fighting, always drunk and high, fighting people and each other, just hooligans but then made beautiful songs like this. Such a strange juxtaposition, even before I was a fan I was like “how were they that, but also that” lmao
The harmonica is a fantastic instrument, i could listen to it all night. My father used to play it by ear. I tried to play it for over 30yrs on and off and I only learned 1 tune and that was the last post. How ironic is that. 😂😂
