Hey Werner Family I love your channel teaches me how to make some Hawaiian food. I’m from Guam and that fish is called tataga back home and the way we cook it is to wrap it in foil and grill it for 10mins each side then make a sauce on the side with vinegar,salt,onions,and pepper.Once it’s done on the grill remove the foil and tear the skin apart and lay on a tray then lay the sauce all over the fish.

I love this episode, I love them all but this was especially great. I wish I could be in Haleiwa with my uncle learning what he’s learned in his years. I have a small Hawaiian heritage in me and I’ve always gravitated towards that piece of me. I am so envious of those of you that are able too. And also proud that there are those of you that take the pride in it.

They make fish burgers at fish and chip shops around here in Australia. They make them out of any kind of fish you like but mostly flake (gummy shark) that's the most popular takeaway fish around here. and lol @ young people! So fun!
