We are ready in the USA, we have guns honey...we also have good people that are willing to fight, this is a global war I think however it is more spiritual as in good vs evil war....and I think we will be okay. The global elites want to throw out our constitution, however they forget that we have many many vets here and many that are willing to fight for the good of it all.

Anxiety sucks...especially as a single father. Raised my son completly on my own with my son being autistic. I've always had depression and anxiety but got diagnosed while in the Army. Loneliness got the better and ended up rushing into a loveless marriage with the first woman to tell me she liked me. Best thing from that was my kids. Getting back into the Bible and closer to Jesus has helped me a Lot...I don't go anywhere, for one can't get my son to want to leave the house off his electronics. I gave up on trying to find love

Around the three-minute mark, your thoughts about deep connections/friendships struck me because in my (albeit, limited) interactions with Russians, this is the impression I have gotten. It certainly isn't right away that a deep connection happens, but it seems that this is the desired outcome for many Russian people, to deeply connect and form authentic friendships with others. We are more into superficiality here in the west, unfortunately.

I’m glad you were able to make it back home to your family. Most people do NOT hate Russians - they hate war & conflict & know they cannot blame you. It’s very important for you to get the healing you need.

I appreciate your honest video. As an expat living abroad for several years, combined with my introverted personality, I can definitely relate to this. It is not easy to get used to a different environment, language, and way of life. I also used to live in Prague-I love this city and regularly visit my friends who live there. I'm happy that you listened to your inner voice and found the strength to take this step toward a better direction. Home is home, and the farther you live from it, the more you appreciate it-especially nowadays, when the differences are becoming more obvious and clear. I wish you the best!

It’s good that you did what was best for you and your kids. Having suffered depression and anxiety for years myself I understand your need to return to Russia and your family. Don’t let anyone tell you that you should have stayed in Europe. I don’t know you, but I’m proud of how you did what was best for you ❤

You are with your family and they love you, that is why you will heal. It was a brave decision to go back home but it is better to be surrounded by love for you and for your children than to live a life which is draining you and making you ill. You made the right choice and your honesty and emotion is touching. 🌷

You seem such a sweet and caring person. There's no way anyone could be harsh on the comments, since you totally poured your heart out and it shows. You're honest, open hearted, and a loving person. Of course I can't know what you're going through, but I've been caught in anxiety and melancholy loops, and it's really sad. I've had panic attacks in my teens, and I pray I'll never have to experience them again. Nobody should go through that. Stay strong, stay yourself. I really enjoy the authenticity of your videos. You have a friend and follower from Uruguay...have a great day!

I've lived in the US for the last 25 years and I totally see your point about not being able to make close friends. Everyone is friendly of course, but the meaning of true friendship is somehow lost here. I am afraid that if something happens to my husband I won't be able to handle the isolation.

You are a very brave woman to find your way back to your family and your home. I will say a prayer for you and you babies. Please do make a video about how you regained your health if you haven't already. Much love and best wishes from my home in Canada 🇨🇦 your home in Siberia 🇷🇺 ❤️

Hello from New Zealand! Your story touched me as we have things in common even though I'm on the other side of the world and I'm now 49yrs old with adult children. My marriage also didn't work out, and subsequent relationships were disastrous. I really focused too much on keeping other people happy and didn't focus on myself or creating friendships. So each time my relationship failed I was alone with my two children. And I was stuck in a town away from my family for the same reason that you were stuck. It was such a hard, hard time. I worried so much for my children that they didn't have the perfect childhood that I wanted to give them. But there is a silver lining....my children and I are very close and I'm so proud of the adults they have become. Now I'm finally in a loving, stable relationship that I thought was only for other people. I'm telling you my story which I don't often share, to try to give you some encouragement. It's going to be okay. Really. And you will find your joy again. I'm sure of it.

You are a beautiful person! Think of it this way: at least you have a loved and safe place to which you have been able to return and where I hope you find peace and serenity. There are people living in depression and anxiety without even having a place to return to. I wish you and your country the best! 🇮🇹❤️🇷🇺

Hello from Italy!! Thank you for sharing all this, it was very courageous and I’m sure it will also help a lot of people who are struggling. You have been and are very courageous and strong, you’ve been through a lot but you’ve been able to crawl out of it with your own resources and you should each and every day give yourself a “well done!” and an applause. Also, your kids have always been a priority despite your hard times and that’s so great too! Lastly, your family, I’m sure they are happy to have you back and thank god they opened their houses to the 3 of you. I know it’s hard but… Keep going! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 you’re going great! ❤
