What type of chocolate to use here? Couverture or compound or just baking choc chip?
How to store them for a good shelf life ?
If i want it vanilla flavor, i remove the 10g cocoa powder and the flour be 120? Or keep flour 110g?
Can we use normal plain flour? Or cake flour is compulsory??
