Aff for me June 16th. 2 tandem jumps and ten minutes in a wind tunnel. Hopefully I fly as good as you first time.

There definitely have been better AFF level 1 jumps out there but mine was alright. Two important points to remember as you get ready for your jump is to master the arch and remember to remain aware of your altitude and to your surrounding.
For the arching part, it really helps if you practice laying down on your back, put your palms on the ground above your head and form a "bridge" with you body. It won't be perfect but the more you do it, the more you'll exercise your back to arch. Also, in freefall, to get a really good arch, remember to tilt your head and look up while you arch, it will make it easier.
And secondly, awareness in freefall is everything. It's very easy to be lost in the euphoria and just be overwhelmed with this new found feeling, but it will be easier to remain aware if you constantly tell yourself (in your head) what you need to do. Ie, "check my altitude", then check your altitude. "Look at the instructors" then look at the instructors...
These are just some friendly pointers and please take professional advice from your instructors.
And don't worry too much, you will ace it! Good luck and Blue Skies my friend.

serge zhurya appreciate the reply! Circle of awareness! Got it 😊. Altitude, heading, check with instructors. I’m pumped.

    👈 Pull

Camera flyer shouldn't fly in view of the student at pull time. Distracting factor.

Yeah I was definitely locked-on to the camera, completely ignoring the pull signal from instructors.
