I am glad you posted this video. It’s nice to see a different technique for doing your toe nails. FYI, I think when cutting the fake nail, you should use a nail cutter specifically for acrylic nails. It puts less strain on them and provides a smoother cut. TFS!

After you said that you used the gel x method on your toes I started doing the same thing, and it really does make a difference! I use the gel toenail full cover tips, and it really does last such a long time! I DO have to turn into a contortionist to do them lol but it's worth it 😂

Haha! I have been doing gel extensions on my toenails for awhile now and have never used the regular toe tips 🤣 I do definitely want to try the toe tips now since they seem to be getting more popular!

I’ve been doing gel x on my toenails for about 3 years now and love the look. I do all of my toenails and can testify that it’s awkward and uncomfortable and at 62 my flexibility isn’t as it was but I take my time and the results are worth it.
Your feet are perfectly ok so don’t be embarrassed to show them. I would certainly love to see you do all your toenails and post regular tutorials. 🤍

I am currently ordering my first poly gel nail kit and I'm extremely excited to try it. I am also gonna try to do it to my two little toes because they grow funny so I always have to cut them super short. Wish me luck, hopefully I figure it out, but your video did help!

thank you for posting, I got my first pedicure at the salon and im a diyer and that will be the last time it lasted awhile but i was in awe my big toes i need extentin bu they used acrylic and every since then i was searching for a video that explains how it adheres and what products to use

Very good job!! I use a similar method to my big toes, because I do not like my nail shape. I build my toe nail using builder gel (or rubber gel). That way I just do a fill in when I have growth. I love how you explain your steps and why you choose to do them in that way!👏🏾

I do my own toes with gel too and girl I give you props for filming it 😂 I could never, I look like a a pretzel trying to get to my toes as a bigger girl this shit is hard 😂 most of the time I get my boyfriend to help me
You did a great job, and you shouldn't be worried about showing your feet. I think you are very talented and the fact that you are able to do your toes is wonderful. I just felt bad for you knowing you were standing the entire time and were uncomfortable. If you do decide to do this type of video again maybe you can set your camera up so that you can be more comfortable. I am with you on the short toe nails. I can't stand long toe nails. You did a great job!

How did you remove February’s gel nails? Efile? Or acetone soak?

I know you didn’t ask me 😂 but I used an efile for mine ( but that’s bc I get impatient with them lol)
You need to file it off first then soak the nails in acetone. It takes too long to soak off if you don't file it down some.
