- The Compucorp 344 Statistician is one out of a range of very early high-end portable, programmable machines. The 344 was introduced in 1972 priced at 895$. A few years later, in 1976, Texas Instruments introduced the TI-SR56 priced at 110$. The speed of electronic development appears to be fabulous. It wasn’t just a much cheaper and smaller but also a more capable calculator. Wondering whether it was also faster I programmed both with an almost similar program calculating N!. See how it does in the video.

Do you have any experience with debugging the Compucorp as I’m struggling to get my head around the Pmos logic ruclips.net/video/2BGoPf0jSAs/видео.html thanks regards Chris
I'm sorry to say that I can't help you with that. My machine is technically 100%. Only the key-contacts needed cleaning. Wish you success with yours. Tiny
