Hi mate. yeah the reason so many people are after one is because they are so cost effective./ awesome value. There are better racers out there but nothing I have seen comes close in terms of $$ wise.
There are definitely better deals for this much money. This is a great deal for 2016 but it’s 2019 and you can get a lot more for this. 300 bucks goes quite far these days
If you want an updated buyer's guide, I though Joshua Bardwell's fpvknowitall website was super useful. He has a good buyer's guide that is updated regularly with some great plug and play options. The wizard is on there too.

It possible to upload some actual FPV video taken from these flights? I understand the HD film looks way better (probably sells the entire video better) but seeing the actual analog video when you say "this is the experience you'll get" instead of the HD is probably pretty helpful for people looking to get started so they know exactly what they're getting.
Definitely is possible, the Eachine VR D2 neweset version even contains a DVR as can be seen here: www.banggood.com/Eachine-VR-D2-Pro-Upgraded-5-Inches-800480-40CH-5_8G-Diversity-FPV-Goggles-with-DVR-Lens-Adjustable-p-1137808.html?p=3B03079878369201704R So you can always watch it back.

Just ordered everything yesterday from here, a bithdaypresent to myself. :D Without the charger and the more expensive googles(goggle two HD), three batteries, extra antennas and extra props 2sets.(DAL). Already have a 1-6 cell charger. Just have to wait around 30 looooong days.. i Ended up with 430USD. Thank you UAVfutures :)
I'm a newbie to FPV and I just bought all your recommended gear. Look for a sponsor bro cause your videos are very well explained so I felt really confident buying the gear you suggested. Thanks a bunch and keep the great videos coming!!
Do you have a tutorial on setting up all the switches on the controller? I have ordered this kit and would like to setup all the switches to function in betaflight. Like arm and dis arming of the motors set to switch 1. I've only flown Phantoms and appreciate any help I can get on the ins and outs of this whole setup! Would also love to know exactly how to add a lost quad buzzer/battery monitor to the wizard when it arrives :)
It all started with this video for me, I bought all this and fell in love. I'm officially addicted and bank acct has taken a hit. 😂 6 quads, upgrade to Fatshark dominator v3's and a Taranis X9D all within a month.🤔I blame Stu! The wizard, can really take a beating, I would upgrade to a pigtail Vtx instead of the 90* it comes with, do your self a favor and upgrade the camera to the foxeer arrow v3 and get LOTS of batteries! Thanks for all the help with this Stu!
Hey Stu I am getting something really weird happening with my Wizard and I am hoping you can offer some insight. I have gone through the full set up process in BetaFlight. My radio is talking to the quad, but when I throttle up around half way, the motors continue to speed up, even if I bring the throttle back down to 0. I have to flick the disarm switch to get them to shut off. Any ideas??
Sam, I've had the same problem first few times (continuous speed up), but it stopped after the first few diss-arms. Not sure what caused it or caused it to go away. I.E. just letting you know I had the same problem.
Sam / Stu, I've got SAME problem again. It just came back and won't go away. I throttle up and motors continue to speed up until I hit the disarm. I made some changes in settings but I couldn't remember what so I reset settings with no luck and then I finally re-flashed firmware and still same problem. Sam, did you find a solution?
Hey Stu, I’m learning a lot from UAVFUTURES. HUGE THANKS! I just jumped into this hobby and had a question about battery flight expectations. Please tell me if i should be poking around forums instead. I may have been a bit overzealous when I jumped into this & picked up components that are WAY out of my ability. Im aware of the steep learning curve, but thats ok. I can already tell I am gonna love this hobby. I am fully built and now am just learning to get my quad off the ground and hovering. Problem is Im only getting 3-4 mins MAX on a full charge. I am barely getting this in the air for any length of time. Ive even dropped my throttle curve in my radio to 80% to keep myself from losing the thing on an accidental punch out. :) Here’s my setup. Im worried I over spec’d the thing, but am hoping its a simple matter of moving to a larger capacity battery. What do you think? I think I remember seeing some strap on points where you can mount stuff onto the frame. some velcro straps should do the trick. As to the weight distribution, I'm pretty sure it does shift it but tinkering with the settings in betaflight should correct any changes.
As someone who has flown a DJI phantom 3 for a couple years now but no other experience, would you recommend buying a kit like the wizard or building your own as a first racing drone? I have very little experience soldering or with RC devices in general other than my phantom which flies out of the box. I really want to get into this hobby but do not know where to begin!
I would start with this, take it apart get some mods, then once you have an idea of how these things work, build one for yourself that gives you the performance and speed you want
Hi everyone! I watched a drone racin about a year and today i made my decision and order one you recommend from banggood. I hope i can handle it cuz im rather newbie and never fly a drone before. Thx for all advices and informations I gather here, it's a great YT channel and i hope it becomes even better. Keep up with good work! (sry for my english if whoever was offended)
@@duanemontgomery9968 Looks like a pretty good beginner drone, although you can get much more potential from one you build yourself. But if you want something ready to fly without having to change betaflight settings, and worry about having to fix your drone up if you crash it, this may be a good choice
Finally, a comprehensive guide for a complete beginners! Thanks for all the info Stu, I've been meaning to find somewhere that not only provides a basic setup, but also recommended parts and kits for different options. Great work!
Neon8787 On ebay, they sell little voltage measurers, which buzzes very loudly when the voltage gets to a certain user set point. they are only 5 bucks or so
For me the betaflight setup isnt working. I have no receiver input at all. If someone knows how to solve this problem please help me. Thanks in advance
What a great post showing how to get into this hobby. I've been flying camera drone since December and I've been eyeing the Mavic Pro. I will still get the Mavic because I like the better video recording. But, this is my next venture into drones. The speed is amazing and the control even better. Thanks for the video!
I paid about 380 USD for everything in the video and extra goodies around the same time as you friend. Now im waiting on the actual quad to come in anyday.
does the drone camera output 1080p? If i get the better goggles that have HD i want to know if the camera will send that signal to it. Do I need to upgrade the camera to have better resolution?
Thanks William, Any camera suggestions? This is my first racer coming from phantoms. CCD HD. What viewing angle is recommended? What other mods are recommended right away?
hobbyking has very good fpv options but I use my gopro for fpv and just plug a transmitter into it. I would recommend putting the camera 30 degrees up that's at least what I do.
Gopro fpv is awesome theres little to no lag and you can record on the camera while transmitting it I use Turnigy light L250 transmitter for the gopro it works great.
Just bought this setup, Banggood owes you one! I was over by $1.31, not bad! I got the Kylin goggles (saw your review on the $53 goggles after I ordered, which could put this well under a $300 setup). Cant wait for it to get here!
Man this is the absolute best video I have come across, all the other videos intimidate me when they talk about beta flight and you explained it in detail step-by-step and showed a how to on the screen. I didn't realize how easy setting up a quad can be. Thank you very much!
Thanks Stu I got this model on Friday and tried to set it up with sbus to no avail but your easy simple setup got it running. I cant wait to go out and get some air time!!
I had to plug my battery into the quad to power it, not just the usb cable, that was my issue but as soon as i gave it power from the battery, it connected.
If you ever figured it out could you help me? I have the same problem and i've tried using different cables and connecting the battery but nothing works.
Thanks for this video. I've been flying Syma X5 drones and nano's, and I was set to buy a Phantom 3 as my first foray into something more serious. I was derailed after discovering acro videos, and after much research (and watching your videos) I bought the X220. I bought eachine goggles, but I bought the same battery and charger. My biggest variance from the kit in this video was an upgrade to the flysky fs-i6s, only because it had built-in USB to easier facilitate simulator practice. Getting the transmitter to work was humbling - it's not as straightforward as the fa-i6. I missed the ibus-sbus switch in the ppm switch (it needs to be set to sbus). After I got the transmitter to work, I took it outside to test it. It beeps continuously and there is a half a second of stick-motor latency. The radio came with no usable instructions, and I'm not familiar enough with it to understand the intricacies of it. Is it likely a transmitter/receiver issue, or more likely a PID/ESC issue? Thanks for the videos btw, it's all I watch now!
Update: After calibrating the esc's in betaflight, and after telling the transmitter that left stick is not self-centering, the latency is gone. I found out the hard way that SWa up is acro mode. I read a few reviews that said that the stock propellers explode. I thought that was an exaggeration, but unfortunately it's true. A 4S punch out will disintegrate them, sending it plummeting to the ground, destroying you Vivitar DVR 786HD. That would have been good to know Stu...
For anyone who is curious a very similar setup is available on Massdrop for $200 for the next 4 days. The only thing the setup on Massdrop lacks is the FPV Goggles.
Buyer beware!!! Mine came in looking all beat up. It hooked up to betaflight just fine and seemed like it was gonna be fine, until the maiden. I just barely hit the throttle and it spins violently out of control. Tried recalibration and reflash on the board and esc.. same problem. Banggood said they would refund my money if I pay to have it shipped back to China. They also won't publish my review of the product, very poor customer service. There are several people having the same problem with these, Please google this quad before you buy!!!!!!!
did you check the more obvious stuff like motor spinning wrong way and fc board mounted sideways or even wrong props? if its just the fc board you can easily replace it for less than the price of postage anywhere,
No offense, but it was most likely user error, not a problem with the quad. Having a drone flip out of control and go crazy is part of the learning experience. It's happened to all experienced pilots. You could have had a prop on backwards, had a motor spinning the wrong way, had your rates or PIDs wrong etc. I found out the hard way that cleanflight configurator does not work with betaflight anymore. You need betaflight configurator. Setting your rates in cleanflight on betaflight software will give wonky values and make your drone flip out.
StereoHead The motors spin correctly and in the correct pattern i.e. 1,2,3,4. I've reflashed the board with betaflight 3.0. I've been in blheli to look at the escs, they were fine before the 5th crash video I took for banggood. My only real complaint with this quad is banggood, they are extremely hard to get a hold of for any help or return. Looks like in most cases they will credit your account for electronic parts and call it good
This video got me into the hobby. From the x220 I upgraded the camera to a Runcam swift 2 and the vtx to a newer Eachine one. I also bought some Fatshark dom v2s which make it a bit easier to fly. I'm about to build my own quad for the first time which should out perform it quite a bit. Not sure if the x220 is still worth the money. If you're still looking at this video, perhaps checkout the X220S or the X220 HV for more newer Eachine products.
I'm also interested to see what goggle video looks like. Is there a way to connect a HD video stream through the goggles? I assume answer to that is just purchase very expensive goggles...
@@samfreedentertainment75 You would never expect the FPV video to be of the same definition as the HD camera footage. FPV (goggle) video needs to be transmitted back to the ground in real time. The amount of information being transmitted would be ridiculous for a High Definition video signal that's flying around at speed and at varying angles. The power required, type of transmitter needed, and size of antenna etc etc would make it un-affordable for most people, not to mention too heavy to fly. The FPV video stream technology is constantly improving, and is now really amazing in the goggles, but will never be as good as a stand-alone GoPro or similar :)
Thanks a ton! Bought everything and a few upgrades, which is my first time owning a drone (and will be my first time flying one). This video made setup very easy, and the quad seems to work great when I did the inside tests without the props on. Can't wait to test it outside.
Man I have bought the wizard x220 2 weeks ago. I have thrown the camera in the bin and put a caddx. I have taken off the side plates for better airflow and threw the props in the bin also and got cyclones. Re routed the fpv antenna out the back and brought the radios antennas out off a zip tie from the arm insulated so no issues from the carbon interference.
Just bought this package and was wondering what's the best battery upgrade you would recommend for the quad? Great channel. Very informative and entertaining. thanks in advance.
I just purchased the equipment! Cannot wait to get this going and fly my first drone. Thanks for the tips and get started guide. Will post a follow up on how it all goes. Thanks again
Big thanks to you. You the man. I have now ordered my eachine along with everything i need to fly plus some spare batteries. Great channel with lots of great reviews and guides!!
i've done my own research and came pretty close to this, the only thing different in my setup was the drone itself which came about 180 eur total vs 130 eur for the eachine. the pro's for my drone are the bigger motors ( iFlight XING-E 2207 1800KV vs 2205 2500kv) and better flight controller(Racerstar StarF4S 30A Blheli_S Dshot 4 in 1 ESC AIO F4 OSD) but i do plan to upgrade the drone in the future with dual 4k cams to record 3D, and probably upgrade to skyzone 3D goggles to try out 3d FPV since i will have 2 cameras set up anyway.
If anyone is having trouble connecting your quad to Betaflight. open it up and instead of clicking the connect button, look down and in the description it should say ' Latest CP210x Drivers can be dowloaded from here'. Download and install the drivers and then restart beta flight and you should be able to connect straight away, thats what i did and it worked :)
HoulkerUK I downloaded it and it still didn't work, I tried both downloads, and when I try to check my ports on my computer it doesn't show up, I can't flash anything either since I can't connect
Brand new to drone racing and I was very unaware that there was such a drastic difference between the FPV camera quality and GoPro mounted footage. I like the drone, it's a challenge to fly, but a testament to it's durability. I thought the video seen here would be viewed in the headset.
When you are looking at components for a quad, what do you look for? Specs, reviews, price???? Stated a different way, how do you determine if a component is quality or not?
This was the best video, yet, for me! Very well explained, step by step. I will be ordering the parts after work tomorrow then re watching this. Thank you so much.
best most useful and helpful video I seen all year. I really always assumed getting into this would be hard or expensive as flying a 700 trex. but this video helped me.
FYI, you can pick up the RTF version complete with battery and transmitter for $197. Battery looks to only be a 3s so not quite as much power, also, not sure of the quality of the included charger. But with this, the goggles, and the charger Stu linked, you're looking at $288.
Would be great to see a 2022 version of this. I understand FPV was super hot back in the day, but asI am returning to the hobby, on a budget this time, I am curious how to get in the air on the cheap. I did pick up a Flysky i6x i think it is for a plank I had hanging in the shop. But drones is my objective.
Hey STU, Any chance doing some more videos on the eachine wizard x220? Like adding the runcam 2 with onscreen display or adding a battery buzzer? Cheers
Really enjoy this channel and have alot of respect for Stewart. However, I ordered the Eachine Wizard from Bangood with a miserable outcome. First it was on backorder and then when I got it it was defective. (numerous issues) I have spent the last two months going baack and forth with Banggood trying to get them to either replace the drone or refund the purchase. So far my best offer has been, send us a video and we will look at it then send you a box of parts. They would have to send me almost every part except the frame.
Love your videos man!!!! I just got into quads a few weeks ago just mainly los flying and I really want to jump into fpv.... this vid explained it all. I'm in the middle of building a fpv F36 micro but now you have me wanting the 220!
hey i have a problem i got the same quad as shown in the video but if i connect my quad to the computer and hit connect in betaflight it says "Serial port successfully opened with ID: 11" and a couple of seconds later "Serial port successfully closed". it doesnt really connect and i dont know why. i installed all the drivers listet on the welcome tab in betaflight. please help me
Thank you very much for the info! I'm thinking on buying this quad. I'd like to hear recomendations on what upgrades can I get for the wizard, like an OSD, a better antenna for the fpv, etc, keeping the idea of a reasonable budget, if possible. Thanks!

Cameron L im in your same shoes. Im coming from RC cars and want to get in to this hobby next but dont know where to start.
(sry for my english if whoever was offended)
could this lift a GoPro?
danny fpv sweet, thanks
danny fpv happy new year to you too dude :)
rens pech Nice calm conversation then GET THIS DRONE NOW!!! 50% OFF!!! TOTALLY NOT A SCAM!!! Lol.
+Marinenukem can it lift a go pro?
YES :)
Hi it has been a year already any updates on this? Maybe new parts cheaper?
How about now it's been another one year are u Alive?
I'm new to the sport and thinking about getting this package deal, are there any up grades??
@@duanemontgomery9968 Might want the Fsi6x instead of the Fsi6 shown in this video, has 10 channels instead of 6
@@dl5200 what's your opinion of the Rise Vusion 250 Extreme package deal?
@@duanemontgomery9968 Looks like a pretty good beginner drone, although you can get much more potential from one you build yourself. But if you want something ready to fly without having to change betaflight settings, and worry about having to fix your drone up if you crash it, this may be a good choice
Great having you back in the FPV family we have all missed you
What would i have to do to increase the battery life and range for longer range stuff?
ebp1234 for better range get a better vtx and a cloverleaf antenna.
Hey STU, My wizard arrived today, just waiting on the rest of my gear to arrive. Woohoo :)
woo awesome
And?
Finally, a comprehensive guide for a complete beginners! Thanks for all the info Stu, I've been meaning to find somewhere that not only provides a basic setup, but also recommended parts and kits for different options. Great work!
hey :) how do i know if the battery is low? can i install a buzzer?
how? help the noob here! :)
I want to ask the same thing! It seems like going too low on the battery is a really big deal, but battery monitoring wasn't covered in the video...
Neon8787 On ebay, they sell little voltage measurers, which buzzes very loudly when the voltage gets to a certain user set point. they are only 5 bucks or so
Upgrade to a camera with OSD and you can see the voltage while flying 😎
:)

For me the betaflight setup isnt working. I have no receiver input at all. If someone knows how to solve this problem please help me. Thanks in advance
I have the same problem did you ever fix?
What a great post showing how to get into this hobby. I've been flying camera drone since December and I've been eyeing the Mavic Pro. I will still get the Mavic because I like the better video recording. But, this is my next venture into drones. The speed is amazing and the control even better. Thanks for the video!
price has definitely gone up
I ordered everything from this video about 3 weeks ago and paid under 300 USD.
I paid about 380 USD for everything in the video and extra goodies around the same time as you friend. Now im waiting on the actual quad to come in anyday.
I paid 350, but i bought 4 battery's and the dronekeeper mini
Just the remote, quad and goggles are over 300 AUD
Wow that wall is really filling up huh?
gothops154 I was thinking the same thing...first video of his I saw, there were...like...4 or 5. Was gone for a bit, came back and there are dozens!
thanks for coming back
UAVfutures Absolutely! Love the channel!
This video is what it all started with for me. I think you've gotten a lot of people into FPV with this one. Thanks again! 😎
does the drone camera output 1080p? If i get the better goggles that have HD i want to know if the camera will send that signal to it. Do I need to upgrade the camera to have better resolution?
no the camera sucks it would be better to just replace the camera for and hd one.
Thanks William, Any camera suggestions? This is my first racer coming from phantoms. CCD HD. What viewing angle is recommended? What other mods are recommended right away?
hobbyking has very good fpv options but I use my gopro for fpv and just plug a transmitter into it. I would recommend putting the camera 30 degrees up that's at least what I do.
william francone not the camera tilt but the camera field of view. how do you set up a gropro for fpv. is there lag? I'd like to do that eventually.
Gopro fpv is awesome theres little to no lag and you can record on the camera while transmitting it I use Turnigy light L250 transmitter for the gopro it works great.
Is your 99$pro drone beter or wors
Following
Just bought this setup, Banggood owes you one! I was over by $1.31, not bad! I got the Kylin goggles (saw your review on the $53 goggles after I ordered, which could put this well under a $300 setup). Cant wait for it to get here!
Is the Binding Pin in the Pakage???
Finn Fess yes
Yuppp
can you pleeeaaassssseeee make a new video like this one
2019
Man this is the absolute best video I have come across, all the other videos intimidate me when they talk about beta flight and you explained it in detail step-by-step and showed a how to on the screen. I didn't realize how easy setting up a quad can be. Thank you very much!
so anyone think I should get this setup instead of the Traxxas Aton?? looking to spend about $300-500 max
Schlagel Bagel I have the Traxxas Aton, the Aton is great for line of sight flying. Are you looking for filming or flying?
is the jjpro p200 good for beginning?
Nobody Productions I've had shit experiences with jjpro anyhting
I liked mine! The battery it came with was crap and essentially died after only 4 or 5 months. Great big screen and vibrant colors.
Thanks Stu I got this model on Friday and tried to set it up with sbus to no avail but your easy simple setup got it running. I cant wait to go out and get some air time!!
19:50 - keep clicking - you’re welcome.
Thank you
My beta flight won't connect please help me
You've prob figured it out but some cables don't send data. Only power
I had to plug my battery into the quad to power it, not just the usb cable, that was my issue but as soon as i gave it power from the battery, it connected.
If you ever figured it out could you help me? I have the same problem and i've tried using different cables and connecting the battery but nothing works.
BILBO2626 Im having this same problem right now. Did you find out what causes that?
is the wizard better than the one from the under 99$ build (+ the upgraded one)??
I’m guessing whoever disliked the video accidentally pressed it.😟😟😟😟😟
shame you mentioned US prices and not AUD. ;) still good value though to get in the air.
oh my god! I just love your avatar
Enesce no its not. you must have a spotter at all times. australia actually has some of the best rules in the world regarding this hobby.
camera man... behind the camera...
***** lol hes really skinny.
UAVfutures what range could I get on this
Thanks for this video.
3 min flight might be a deal breaker
2019 edition please
Its still this kit
For anyone who is curious a very similar setup is available on Massdrop for $200 for the next 4 days. The only thing the setup on Massdrop lacks is the FPV Goggles.
looks like shopping time again ffs I love spending money I can't help it I must have more
lol
STORM RACING DRONES what receiver would I get for the wizard. I have a spektrum dx6i
STORM RACING DRONES me too.
a spectrum receiver
if I wanted to spend an other $100 bucks, what should I change to have a better performance?
Buyer beware!!!
Mine came in looking all beat up. It hooked up to betaflight just fine and seemed like it was gonna be fine, until the maiden. I just barely hit the throttle and it spins violently out of control. Tried recalibration and reflash on the board and esc.. same problem. Banggood said they would refund my money if I pay to have it shipped back to China. They also won't publish my review of the product, very poor customer service. There are several people having the same problem with these, Please google this quad before you buy!!!!!!!
Drew Pickering damn that's effed up. Lame that they won't pay for return shipping
did you check the more obvious stuff like motor spinning wrong way and fc board mounted sideways or even wrong props? if its just the fc board you can easily replace it for less than the price of postage anywhere,
Sounds like reversed motor or incorrect prop
No offense, but it was most likely user error, not a problem with the quad. Having a drone flip out of control and go crazy is part of the learning experience. It's happened to all experienced pilots. You could have had a prop on backwards, had a motor spinning the wrong way, had your rates or PIDs wrong etc. I found out the hard way that cleanflight configurator does not work with betaflight anymore. You need betaflight configurator. Setting your rates in cleanflight on betaflight software will give wonky values and make your drone flip out.
StereoHead
The motors spin correctly and in the correct pattern i.e.
Id like to see the goggle video instead of the hd video
the googles dont record, i dont think
Could I build a better drone for the same price???
Thanks a ton! Bought everything and a few upgrades, which is my first time owning a drone (and will be my first time flying one). This video made setup very easy, and the quad seems to work great when I did the inside tests without the props on. Can't wait to test it outside.
Haha in uk this all cost £200
I want it
MrCrinkly187 Huynh more like $500 in Australia, not sure why he does this in $US as he's Australian.
Hah
90% of my viewers are international.
UAVfutures yeh I get that, an an aussie I guess it would be nice to have it in aud
Is bangood legit dealer
Dronedude Dudedrone yah
Don't buy anything off of tomtop, their customer service is crap, but banggood is excellent.
Dronedude Dudedrone banggood is amazing
Bangood is a scam, do not buy from them
google plus is terrible explain?
Man I have bought the wizard x220 2 weeks ago. I have thrown the camera in the bin and put a caddx. I have taken off the side plates for better airflow and threw the props in the bin also and got cyclones. Re routed the fpv antenna out the back and brought the radios antennas out off a zip tie from the arm insulated so no issues from the carbon interference.
This channel helped me out a lot and i just want to say thank you( after almost 4 years since this video was uploaded)
This is DA VIDEO!!, I'm about to start this hobby and this is the BEST video I fund.
Just bought this package and was wondering what's the best battery upgrade you would recommend for the quad? Great channel. Very informative and entertaining. thanks in advance.
Mine arrived today, just got it all setup and configured with your help. Thank you much !
Great channel with lots of great reviews and guides!!
i've done my own research and came pretty close to this, the only thing different in my setup was the drone itself which came about 180 eur total vs 130 eur for the eachine.
the pro's for my drone are the bigger motors ( iFlight XING-E 2207 1800KV vs 2205 2500kv) and better flight controller(Racerstar StarF4S 30A Blheli_S Dshot 4 in 1 ESC AIO F4 OSD)
but i do plan to upgrade the drone in the future with dual 4k cams to record 3D, and probably upgrade to skyzone 3D goggles to try out 3d FPV since i will have 2 cameras set up anyway.
hey mate, would you make any changes to this list now in 2017
If anyone is having trouble connecting your quad to Betaflight. open it up and instead of clicking the connect button, look down and in the description it should say ' Latest CP210x Drivers can be dowloaded from here'.
Thank you for publishing this video! I am new to the hobby with no experience. It was easy to get into something new just by following the $300 build.
You are the best on RUclips for good information on drones
Just purchaced the above kit but with the Eachine EV100 goggles as they were 72% reduced! Hope they are compatible!
Wow Stew, been watching your vids for twelve months and never seen this vid! That's my first set up!!!! Do agree, was a great way into the hobby!
Thank you for this video. I'm brand new to this DRL stuff. Very cool. My 4yrold son and I will definitely geek out over this sport.
best most useful and helpful video I seen all year.
How fast would you say this can go?
Would be great to see a 2022 version of this. I understand FPV was super hot back in the day, but asI am returning to the hobby, on a budget this time, I am curious how to get in the air on the cheap. I did pick up a Flysky i6x i think it is for a plank I had hanging in the shop. But drones is my objective.
Hey STU, Any chance doing some more videos on the eachine wizard x220? Like adding the runcam 2 with onscreen display or adding a battery buzzer? Cheers
great vid.. but what about RTF kits....??????????? please suggest a buy
can you recommend a starter pack sold as all in one ? this means it will work together making learning more fun
great build. thank you. what would I need to include if I want to share video to a tv for others to see?
Great video....wondered how i woukd set up wizard with my spektrum dx6i transmitter...? Thanks
hey i have a problem
i got the same quad as shown in the video but if i connect my quad to the computer and hit connect in betaflight it says "Serial port successfully opened with ID: 11" and a couple of seconds later "Serial port successfully closed". it doesnt really connect and i dont know why. i installed all the drivers listet on the welcome tab in betaflight. please help me
Thank you very much for the info! I'm thinking on buying this quad. I'd like to hear recomendations on what upgrades can I get for the wizard, like an OSD, a better antenna for the fpv, etc, keeping the idea of a reasonable budget, if possible. Thanks!
