- Miranda Barbour had recently married Elytte Barbour when she met Troy LaFerrara. This meeting didn't end well for Troy. However, when inside she gave an interview to a journalist, and had quite the story to tell. A spree that went across the United States, leaving a horrible wake. But was she telling the truth?

Those Miranda rights.
“She could even have killed you” haha I love the humor thrown in with the story. One of my favorite story tellers.
Her reaction when they wanted to take her phone, it was like a father taking his teens rights away on house punishment.
I then also realised she's not a grown woman, she's still a child.
yeah, that was really immature. Which kind of makes me sad for her though. Why men think it is okay to use some abused young woman for sex is beyond me.
@@intrepidtomato yet some of us were sexually abused and never hurt a soul much less killed someone…
Her reaction made her seem guilty tbh
I would have taken the sim card and SD out and said there is the phone when you have a warrant you can get the rest. And yes, I've been questioned by cops before and done that. Also told them the glove box and trunk is locked. I could have 2 bodies in the trunk and a kilo in the box, but you will never know until you get that warrant, bud.

My husband died right after he I had found out he had cheated. I confronted him and he admitted it. A month later he died. It definitely messes up the grieving process. You still have the anger and betrayal to deal with and then you get to deal with their death. I really miss the SOB.
Dont miss him,he took the piss out of you. Live your life, be happy!
I can understand your position, I've been cheated on and also my own father kinda cheated on my pregnant mother when he very brutally raped a girl along with his friends. I had nothing to do with him after that but then he committedsuicide and I was not sure how I felt I was very angry but I did love him cos he had always been good to me so I felt bad when he committed suicide, thinking maybe I should have been there for him since he was the only person that was always good to me.

"I'm offended, now go away" works on Twitter, but not so much in a homicide investigation.
There's multiple ways to manipulate homicide investigation which will take lot of will power and courage. Either you lie really good and backup your tracks with a good alibi or do the last and stay silent rest. Majority of people can't handle quarter of the procedure and will break. Less you talk and give information less years you will sit and that's just reality of it.
Barely works on Twitter 😂😂

To loose your husband to murder would be hard enough, to find out it was the person he was or was cheating or at least trying to cheat with would be devastating. It would be so much easier (though definitely still not easy) to move on thinking he was a loyal, loving husband. The loss on top of the betrayal would be so hard to get over.
It would be.
But I'd rather know the truth
5:38 She was about to say "I'm a single mother".. Plays that card so much she forgot she got married. SMH
"i never killed that guy, i never met him"
no one said you did, they simply wanted to check your alibi.
how to dig yourself a hole
Well no they did technically ask her if she had killed and or had anything to do with him so.....but definitely still suspicious how she started freaking out about that.
Bcoz after experiencing murder now they want to experience Jail..it is like an adventure for these shitheads..

I'm on my lunch break and when I heard that I guffawed and almost inhaled my flatbread. "It's Elliot". F'n classic.🤣
He spells it Elytte. There’s no way to pronounce that y the way it wants it to be pronounced.
It’s an ignorant spelling of Elliot, he spells it Ellytte (the detective said it with an E, not an F, like “fillet” with no “F” = “Eillet” or “ill-lay”. I thought he said “Fillet”, too at first and I was trying to figure out how he got that from Elliot... until I saw the spelling 😆
Tells you a little about his parents - not the brightest crayons in the box
They do that on purpose. It offends the perp and gives them a sense of being smarter than the cop
I have never 'carried a knife' or any weapon....and I have never needed one. It always surprises me when these people, so casually, state, "Oh, a have three knives I keep in the car" like it's totally normal.
I and my partner were the C.O.’s at SCI Muncy that escorted her to and from the infirmary while houseD in the RHU. Very tiny quite little girl, when we tried to engage in simple conversations pertaining to her intake, her voice was so soft spoken….but when she would look at you, her eyes were like dolls eyes….dead…no life in them. That type of abuse will lead to disassociation. It's what most of us do to cope with that betrayal and cruelty, to keep a part of us untouched by that action that tries to eliminate us psychologically. It's not an excuse for her behaviour, just a fact.
Unfortunately, science indicates that is not exactly how dissociation works. Also, the word you are looking for is dissociation, not disassociation.

@@romansopoff4751 Yeah I'm not really with you on this one. I mean there have been girls being sexually abused by family and "friends" for about as long as there have been humans, and some of them have grown up and killed far more people than little Miranda. I mean Eileen Wournos killed like 7, 8, something like that and I think she was executed before Miranda was even born. I can't immediately point to other female serial killers who grew up in severely abusive homes but then I've never researched it. "You don't understand officer, she was possessed by a demon..." "Like Beelzebub? Behemoth?" "No... We called it... SUPERMIRANDA" 💀💀
Looks like we're gonna have to read her Super Miranda rights then.
Super spooky demon 😈
@@sweetjohnny8211 😂😂 class
Its a bit like SuperMario but in an evil way!
@@muttleyjones2 If you say "Betelgeuse, Betelgeuse, Betelgeuse" Super Miranda comes out and stabs you.
Hahaha ,I busted out laughing minute Mike said , “she may have even killed you”! Ohhh that was damn funny af. Ty Mike I needed a good laugh today where I felt it in my belly and you did it, lol!!
I love Mike’s little wink at the end!! Adorable
She didnt kill anyone beyond that man. She crumbled like a deck of cards when they tried to get her phone.
I laughed pretty hard at her claim of 22 😂
also, she kinda freaked out after stabbing him, according to her "spouse"
Yup.
Yep. That's what I thought. I mean, why TF not claim something like that tho? Her at her age, going away for life prolly. What the hell? Say you're a serial killer. But yea. I call BS
Yeah, she ain't no ted bundy. Of course bundy didn't have to worry about cell phone records, surveillance everywhere , DNA, internet searches etc... Much harder for serial killers now days
I got on RUclips to watch kittens and ended up watching The Chapter for 5 hours. Amazing channel.
Kkkkkkk
Kittenz is gud
Love Mike been watching him for a minute or two now. Great stuff keep it up bruv 💯❤
same !
This channel is addictive. I spent like a week straight watching all of his videos.
This episode was a rollercoaster!!
Thank you, Mike
If a Cop ever says "I'm going to ask you one question. You need to answer yes or no."
The correct answer is LAWYER. Lawyer lawyer lawyer lawyer.
Amen brothers. Amen.
Nooooobody gets a lawyer they just run their mouths straight into a 20 piece.
But, if you did nothing wrong, you did nothing wrong. Asking for a lawyer immediately is really suspicious.
No it isn't. It is your right, and ALWAYS the correct move dealing with the police. They are not your friends or there to help you.
@@hairlesscat6458 Even if some random guy on the internet thinks it's suspicious, the jury won't. It's always in your best interest to call a lawyer, whether your guilty or not.
Elliot explaining his wife escorting like it was a scene in a movie was really fucking cringe
That's what a pimp would describe prostitution to police
Elliot and Miranda's entire existence is really fucking cringe lol
So cringe....They're like the brainchild of a night of watching natural born killers on a tape loop while speedballing.
@@Moongoddess3336 this sums them up perfectly it was painful how cool he thought he was just no stop
As opposed to his description of the murder? I admit I just think it's funny and curious that someone comments on a killer's description of his wife's "sorta" prostitution as cringe but not his description of the murder.
Just found you. So happy I did. You are phenomenal
I love your accent. Thanks for making these videos
