  • Heather Bogle worked at a Whirlpool factory in Ohio. After she disappeared, the search was on, but she wouldn't be missing for long. When the investigation to find whoever did this began, the lead investigator was full sure he know who did it. Blindly, falsely sure.

10 years for drugs for one fella, 4 years for the GD SHERIFF? Shouldn’t representatives of the law be held to higher standards than normal citizens?

Wow. That one guy got 10 years for some bogus drug charges and this detective gets only TWO years for letting a murderer go free for years AND for harassing innocent people.

Just a disclaimer: a lot of girls will laugh out of nervousness when put in an uncomfortable situation, it's not necessarily laughing AT you. Just, you know, a consideration before the ego gets bruised and you feel the murderings coming on.

The detective was grossly negligent in this case. To think the perpetrator left his DNA at the scene and that EVIDENCE was overlooked for the detective’s clear bias against that random woman and her boyfriend! The judge’s tongue lashing was really my favorite part!

The damage a crooked cop can do is devastating

If I'm ever found dead in a Mickey Mouse t-shirt, suspect foul play. Or Looney Toons. If I'm found in a Tweety or Taz shirt, I've absolutely been murdered.

So sad to think about how many innocent people this detective has locked up by lying. Can only hope his other cases prior to this one are given a second look.

A cop stole drugs from the damn police evidence room and did 4 years but people get caught selling 3.5 of weed and have to do 10 years.... makes 0 sense.

I wonder how many times that crooked cop did this before getting caught.

I love that the judge is giving that bs detective the business! It’s sick what he did to those people.

Rest in peace, Heather. I'm terribly sorry you had to suffer such a horrible end. McKenzie, I'm sorry for the loss of your mother. Peace be with you.

This case was honestly an easy one to solve if the guy wasn’t so locked in on these random people he chose.

It's great watching cops on the stand lying their asses off ..he should've got 10 years for simply allowing the killer to remain free for years ?
