Mini Cooper r56 2013 non-s. Car is stock except for a k&n typhoon Intake in the first clip. The only thing I got after was the muffler delete with and a new exhaust tip.
Wish my non s sounded that good with a mufflet delete. I did that and tried a flowmaster 44 series muffler. My car is completely silent even without a muffler
If anyone wants to do a muffler delete on an early n12 powered r56, just know that you’re going to want to delete the resonator too. I deleted my muffler and it barely did anything. I am going to delete the resonator soon. Does anyone know if the secondary cat will quiet the car down a lot? I’m planning on leaving it in.
No new exhaust, basically just cut off the whole muffler itself and replaced it with a straight pipe. Very low cost alternative as opposed to buying a whole new exhaust system.

I deleted my resonator and it sounds like a rally car between 3-4k rpm range. But quiet on low and higher rpms

I think the cooper is 1.6
if it’s a copper it’s 1.6, if it’s a mini one then it’s a 1.4

Why should it Happen? There is no sensor or else removed. Only the resonator/muffler
