I used to drink all kinds of different beers, but I quit drinking (for good reason) in 2017. I don’t miss it at all- the feeling of being drunk or hungover, blackouts, spending so much money, etc…. The only thing I do miss on occasion is that taste of IPA. Coming home after a long day of work, cracking open that first beer and taking a shower. Oh man 😅
Always wondered where the "india" portion of the name came from. Would never bring myself to Google it, but much more fun learning about it this way. Cheers fellas
I thought that the stock footage of those porters? stouts? being poured should have had about two times the head in height/thickness. That's how Guinness is poured from the tap. Is it different for stouts vs. porters? I guess I'm remembering now that porters usually have more shallow heads than stouts.
It's so funny to me how stories with no basis in reality can be back-projected to explain certain naming conventions. It's like "bourbon" whiskey. The fact is, we'll just never know the true reason, since it's not like one person came up with the name and wrote down somewhere why they chose it.
Opened my beer brackets and started with a Budweiser so far tonight! Nice timing of your upload once again! Cheers my friends 😃 🍻 ❤
Cheers my friend! 🍻
YOU must be messing with people 😂

great information! learned something new today
Relaxing no hangover good for allergies wake up feeling rested
I find IPAs very refreshing
I used to hate IPA's but they somehow grew on me. Now I crave them pretty bad every now and then. They are just so obscenely hoppy and over the top.
They definitely do grow on you if you drink them often enough. Kind of like a peaty Scotch, you need to develop a taste for them.

"The knowledege comes from the beard my friend. I dont have it, its in the beard." Lol
He’s since trimmed the beard, but magically the level of beer knowledge he extracts from it hasn’t been affected

Have you been drinking up washing up liquid? You must have otherwise you wouldn't know what it tasted like.
@ATMFC I've been given a glass where the washing up residue wasn't rinsed out, yes.
