Love this taping. I was wondering would this help with the tibilias posterior muscles. It is very sore as they are being strained as I overpronate and have flat flexible feet which is causing so much trouble. Please let me know.

That is one of the aims of this technique. By resisting the foot flattening and then springing back into supination it should reduce work on tibialis posterior. By changing the foot position it also should increase how efficient tibialis posterior is at transferring force as it increases the length of its lever arm. That should mean that it has to work less to produce the same supination moment.

Wear time will try depending on your aim and what you are addressing but each application will generally last 4-5 days depending on what activities you are doing. This will resist the navicular bone from dropping and assist to raise the arch.

@@koorahd2732 again depends on what you are trying to do but generally we are trying to manage the load to allow the structures to settle down and then introduce more and more load in a way that they can handle it in order to build up their capacity to withstand load without reacting or breaking down. This process can take a couple of months but may not need to be taped the entire time. Some people only need to be taped once or twice to settle things down and then they can gradually reintroduce exercises to build up their tolerance. Others might need it longer or might be trying to change their technique which may take a little longer.

There must be a easy way of doing it, it's impossible, to do this by yourself

With a little practice you can become quite proficient. Other than Step 1 and 2 being around the wrong way (i.e. make the PowerBand before trimming the ends), this video is a good guide to doing this technique yourself - facebook.com/reel/656692989321547/?s=single_unit&__cft__[0]=AZVQ79GGHqTNY0TQrVuH5tqvYNdZQUcLnI5I_lmyKtZEXSPKrxaDi3kn1ktEo_HEbgdw9e7zADjItpvDyttj1qQ0Iy5s9toKvTPcsn3Ulj_XGeA2e6q3OOJO_xBJkSPa2hiIMsTK1Mz62VdJ0XpyKuE7chqtxQ5kf54ykC1sn6zOs8xTWU9MkSsifezPWMM_13fOvgofbRphjm3XuDuA5GNDjeUeo8fSaYYHXDZbJB28mQ&__tn__=H-R

You might also want to try the Figure 8 arch support as a simpler version.ruclips.net/video/wGvRlfKawpU/видео.html
