  • As I get deeper in to my hot rod project I'm always finding myself needing new tools.
Today I'm reviewing my brand new Vevor Spot Welder Model DN-100E! The DN-100E is a 110-120V 60Hz portable spot welder with a 50% duty cycle and capable of spot welding up to 1/8" steel!
And let me tell you, it works a treat! But check out the full video for details and subscribe to see me use it even more on my projects! For the price, the Vevor spot welder is a great value and is going to save me a lot of time!
Links to the DN-100E are below but be sure to shop around as the prices are always changing... I got mine for $128!

Killer! So many things now a days don’t live up to expectations. Nice to see the spot welder break that trend. Now I want one as well. Do you know if they offer different depth contacts to increase capability?

Yeah, I’m really happy with it so far and I’ve done a ton more welds with it! I don’t see any options for different tongs but there’s tons of different sizes and shapes of them on Amazon and eBay.

Oh yeah, I also have since used it to spot weld three layers of 18ga steel together which is over 1/8” thick total!

Hey, can you weld stainless steel with this
    Cheers..

The manual says carbon steel and aluminum but I did weld some thin scraps of magnetic stainless steel with it. I didn’t have anything thicker pieces or non-magnetic stainless to try it on though. Thanks for watching!
