Watched most of these vids in the last couple of days and absolutely loved them... brilliant to see people fishing in such urban areas and what can go wrong when there is a bit of drum and bass in the back ground, fantastic stuff

Its amazing how aggressive people can get against anglers. "MOVE RIGHT NOW". Alan you handle it very well. I don't so well. People who forget their manners are given the same treatment.

I stayed at that premier inn when I was working in the area a few weeks ago! Gutted I didnt have my gear with me.
Nicely done lads, quality bit of editing and alan on form as always! Also... Milton has a 40lber in that canal, or at least it did last I heard! Imagine that coming out!!

great vid cant wait for the next one! and i highly recomend your next urban banxs should be set in hereford.the river wye runs straight through it and is home to a few upper thirties which have been caught and there are varios canals through out hereford you can get a ticket from a local tackle shop and im sure that you can bivvy up and do a a decent session there,there are lots of othere speceis in there but carp is what your after and there is acctuall a decent head of carp in there.

Alan reminds me of how anglers were in the 70s and 80s.No egos well most had none and very chilled. These days its all about looking like their in a fashion show acting like a pro , as if their making a program ego does ruin people.

What is the piece of kit that holds all Alan's tackle on the back of his bike at the start of the video called??? Since I'm only young and fish the Great Wryly and Essington canal but still want to be mobile and not have to scale down on the amount of kit I take! Btw great video!!!

Hi,, i live it stratford and am new to fishing. I want some small rods to walk the canals and river but don't know what size, 6ft or 9ft scopes, what are peoples thoughts? Many thanks
6ft on a canal will likely work better due to the narrow paths and close proximity of fishing, I’ve recently moved to Stratford so hopefully see you fishing around there in the summer
