    Glad I just found this, I was looking into building my 04 Comp G, got it recently with an oem rebuilt motor and trans at 100k. I wanna rebuild the whole motor with the best performance parts I can find.

    Tyler I'm going with a 3.1 pulley, dual pass, s3 he, stock heat exchanger, option b. I also have a ported blower to go along with this. I'm hoping that will put me in a good efficiency range. It's going on my 2007 Pontiac G5 GT Sedan.

    What size is good if I have 2.5 intercooler, cold air intake, and catless downpipe in a series 3 3800 with gen 5 blower?

    On the 3800 how do you even keep a 2.55 from slipping if you need the belt wrap at 3.0?

      Belt wrap kit and 8 rib kit for pulley and crank and tensioner

      2.55 is a Dyno pulley IMO

    Pros, all power, all the good sounds. Cons, none. Running effectively a 2.7 (2.8 + OD ATI damper) making a whopping 13 psi and very little heat even through two gears up to 8k
