You're so welcome! It's a great way to finish a walk like that. Next up would be to look at sleep, diet and community! Stay tuned for videos coming out on those subjects soon.
Ed, intuitively I started walking like this once, my body told me so, but I didn't know if it was completely okay. Thank you for explaining it and discussing it thoroughly, it works very well for me, wonderfully and I use it regularly. It works great! ikona Zweryfikowane przez społeczność

I have taken your scoliosis online course. My student is 75 years old, and she walks very stiffly and always complains about her hip joint. Is this the same as a model's catwalk? Can I send you a video of her walking?
I will have a go at this as my lower back hurts when I walk. Can I ask what your opinion is on custom orthotics due to leg length discrepancy, caused by my scoliosis?
It depends.... Not really the answer you want but there are many factors. For example, If you level your pelvis with orthotics does your scoliosis go away? If so then great. If not then you are putting extra stress on to your curve and you also need a set of exercises to help your curve to adapt to the orthotics. I can help with that.
