It is really early in the morning for me, and just wrote this out before I head to work soooo Hopefully didn’t miss anything, make sure to still watch the video for extra guidance :) Sezzy’s Famous Cookies Dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour 3/4 cup buckwheat flour 1/4 cup tapioca flour 3-4 dashes of salt Dash of cinnamon 3/4 tsp of baking powder About 5-6 dates chopped Hand full of dried currants 1 cacao chocolate bar chopped 2 tbsp coconut sugar Wet ingredients: 2 heaping tbsp of coconut oil 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp yacon syrup 1 egg Dash of almond milk Cap of vanilla extract *taste test Directions: *pro-tip get organized and have ingredients ready on counter 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius or Approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit 2. Line trays with parchment paper 3. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl 4. In separate bowl mix coconut oil, honey and yacon syrup and microwave 30 seconds 5. Make well in dry ingredients and add egg, almond milk, vanilla and wet ingredients (make sure not too hot to scramble egg!) 6. Mix everything until batter resembles cookie dough batter 7. Dust hands with buckwheat flour, scoop approx. 1 tbsp dough, roll into balls, press down 8. Bake approx. ten minutes, slightly golden 9. Makes about 16 cookies 10. Let cool and store in jar like sezzy.

Yes dates! They’re also supposed to help with recovery post delivery. I made vegan, refined sugar free chocolate date ice cream ALL the time for my sister when she was pregnant!

These look Amazing! We substitute a 1/4 cup apple sauce per egg in our cookie recipes with great success. That way we can eat as much cookie dough as we want with no worries from raw eggs 👍

@@deeb8733 You could probably do either one! I tend to have ground flax on hand more often so I do 1 tbsp with 2 1/2 tbsp water. Both will get all "gelly" and act as a binder.

1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp yacon syrup
1 egg
Dash of almond milk
Cap of vanilla extract
*taste test
Directions:
*pro-tip get organized and have ingredients ready on counter
