Hi ! I am working on a Chatting App + Productivity App + Cloud Storage App all in one single app. I am using Firebase as my backend completely. I will let you know once I publish it in the Play Store. Please support !! ❤️
You are one of the best tutor in the world. I have been struggling to implement everything in this tutorial for over a week now. None of the materials I read helped. But within 15 minutes, this tutorial saved me. Kudos
Hi, I'm currently learning Kotlin and Android Apps Dev. Recently I saw what companion objects are, and that they are essentially the same as using Singletons in your code. So when I saw your object created within your Country file, I wondered myself a few things such as if that was something similar to companion objects within classes, why you used it there and how could I have a close to "clear" idea of when you could or should use that keyword. If you could help me clear my doubts that would be great, thank you!
Originally that is known as 'object declaration' in Kotlin. And when you declare an object within a class it should be marked with companion keyword. Have you ever heard of static classes in Java? Well, that's the same thing in Kotlin. To understand it better, just Google search for Java Static classes and usage. You will get to know everything and it's analogy. Thanks
hey guys, how was the video? Do let me know.
Do LIKE the video to support my work. Thanks
