I feel like he lowkey no pun intended “painted” himself into a corner w/ the brand name and theme. There’s only so many ways you can play on paint before it gets gimmicky 😅 also.. is it me or does he look different these days. Mayb it’s cuz I haven’t seen him in ages
I had the same issue with creams and liquids. Every one I tried would lift my foundation (every different foundation I tried) in the same area. Then I saw someone recommend using the Elf Putty Brush for their liquid/cream products (blush/bronzer) and said it’s the only brush that didn’t lift their foundations in certain areas. And I was like wait, I have that, lemme try it. So I did and it actually worked! Don’t know why it’s so different but I now have 4 of them so I always have a clean one and it’s all I ever use for liquid/cream blush and bronzer and now I LOVE creams/liquids! Figured I’d mention it ☺️
I have the same issue with my rosacea 😢. You seem to have a good base though that covers well. Do you have an updated video that covers your makeup base? It looks lovely for everyday wear.
You could fill those components with vaseline and glitter and I'd still probably buy like 5 of them 🤣 but I know you have way more integrity than that #skelotimbeauty😊
Your technique for applying liquid blush is probably wrong. You need to be blending the foundation and then applying the blush at the same time. So like once your foundation is on and mostly blended go in with the blush then set. Either that or you need to switch up the foundation when you’re using liquid blush. Now like oily one like the Colorpop ones actually do suck. But there are some gems!
Yes there’s not many ways to put these two formulas together but unfortunately the comparisons and accusations will be there. The Patrick Ta’s blushes are amazing so I would just buy them but James has a lot of fans so he might be alright

Or am I wrong there because what’s the matter what the box looks like if you’re ordering it online and if the box matches the inside. I guess if you do make up for people and you’re going to have everything inside their boxes, it might be helpful

The fact that nobody called out Patrick Ta shows how big names get away with copying other people's ideas. And when I saw that bullshit I was waiting for someone to call him out. In fact, Mr K Buckle had videos showing how to use the products. He's not a gate keeper and that's why Iove him! He taught me so much about how to make makeup last and not move! Love you Tim! I would love you to do a deep dive on this💋

For James lip balm, he should do little paint buckets with a tiny paint brush to apply.
